I am absolutely shocked by the lack of responsibility and poor customer service I have received. They sent me the wrong item and then expected me to pay £30 for its return, despite it being located just a 5-min distance from their office!

It's unbelievable that they would try to shift the blame for their mistake onto the customer. I have been in business for many years and have never encountered such a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction.

To make matters worse, they seem unwilling to find a reasonable solution. This level of incompetence and indifference is simply unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone considering using this company to think twice.

Unless you are very flexible in what you need this company are a waste of time. I have been buying from them for almost a decade and prior to COVID stock levels sometimes went low but I generally managed, since then its just a waste of my time and money trying to sell to my students.

Also, 8 pounds for the cheapest delivery option on two Doboks is farcical.

Their website has misleading or not enough information. Many times they send cheaper products that I paid, I received dirty martial arts belts and damaged head guard. I ordered a Mooto body armour large size (4) however they told me that size 4 is a medium size and the large size I ordered is size 5. I ask them if they could send me the size 4. They said they can't do this. They need to send the wrong size to me, then I need to send it back, and then they will send the right size to me. What a waste of time.

Terrible, lie on website about available of products. Misleading customers about services they fail to provide.

Avoid, dreadful service.

Placed an order which didnt arrive, no replies to my communications. Ended up getting a refund back through my bank which took 10 days after I placed the order. Defintely would not recommend or order from again!
