I received this amp in quickly by courier after ordering online through Byron Music. After unboxing and hooking the guitar up, I was surprised by the amount of loud volume you can get if you crank it up. The clean and gain channels are do their job nicely and overall satisfaction playing with this amp is top notch. It took two FX pedals well (chorus & overdrive). Perfect for practice at home or mini-jams with friends. Haven't yet detected any unwanted noise at full throttle, at least not the the point of unbearable. Solidly built with the icon fender logo to boot, it's a highly recommended item for any budding guitarist, be it beginner or pro.

Byron Music sold me a product they didn't actually have in stock. They did refund the transaction and attempt to notify me via email however the email went to my spam folder. I didn't see it for several days which meant I wasted time waiting and then following up on an item which wasn't coming.

The refund and notification attempt is why I'm giving them two stars instead of one. However, the initial sale shouldn't have gone through in the first place.

The order was delivered the next day. Excellent service! I am very happy with the whole experience.

Ordered on Monday Public Holiday Online, turned up in the post the following Monday, quite happy with that.

The12 string K&K pickup system I ordered was only in stock at Byron , and had the volume control I wanted too . Not only that , because of the price they offered free shipping as well . The sales man on the phone also knew details about the difference between the 12 string system and the 6 string system , this was important because I was only using 6 strings not 12 . I was able to order online within the few minutes before closing time , and the item arrived a few days later , I am completely happy in every way.
