I received the wrong size for my order. I’ve been trying to get a return address for a replacement or refund, but your customer service ignores my emails. This is unacceptable for any online store. I expected professionalism, not this poor experience.

I recently purchased the olive meadow abaya and the quality of the abaya is amazing! I love how it has pockets and the detailing is beautiful. The matching scarf is also a lovely colour and the material is lovely 🥰 I also bought the white slip dress and I’m really impressed by the quality of the slip dress. Thank you for creating such a beautiful collection.

I ordered from their Milk and Honey collection and the pieces are so so beautiful! They’re so niche and different to other modest wear brands and the quality is amazing i would definitely recommend🤍

I purchased an abaya which took (10) 7 working days to arrive after stating 1-2 on the shipping policy. It didn’t fit right so I requested an exchange after reading the policy on SHOP I was then told they don’t do exchanges and the information is incorrect which was very misleading. I wanted to mention that if you ask for a return they make you pay return shipping after already paying shipping fee initially which is quite unfair and sometimes they only offer store credit. I emailed stating I’m not happy to pay return fee. They’re not very understanding which is a shame as the abaya is pretty. The abaya is out is stock meaning I have to pay another 3.50 del and get nothing out of it so it’s a loose situation.

DONT BUY! looks really cheap, was too big eventho they were the right measuremts, asked for a refund but cant even get one.

I bought a dress from them, saw that there were two charges on my account even though I ONLY ORDERED ONCE. I emailed them politely asking for a refund on the duplicate and they denied it. I had to literally pull up tracking receipts and found that they somehow made another order from my account, and only then they refunded me. Better off buying an abaya from shein.

I orderd something, first of all i needed to wait 1 whole month. Second there are no measurments so i just tried to order something. I am 170 and 60kg, it was way to short for me. I cant even return the item and i spended about 124 euros for one stupid dress. The dress looks very cheap made and is not even close to the picture.

Terrible returns policy can’t even return something even if there is an issue with it all you will get is store credit

I received a faulty item.

I ordered the linen dress and received a faulty item. I have contacted them and not received a response but my friend who emailed after me has already received a response to their email.

The pockets of the dress are sewn over. I have compared my item to my friends dress who ordered the same size and it seems as though they have taken a size large and sewn it to make it smaller as the sizing is completely off.

There are holes in the stitching so I can’t really wear it or you’d be able to see my skin and the dress is see through despite being marketed as hijab friendly.

This company is such a scam. i ordered a package in november. now its february and still no signs of the package. i have messaged back and forth with them, and theyre refusing to give me a refund. In the beginning, i gave them the benefit of the doubt, but now i see that they are not trustworthy. i lost 100 dollars for nothing. Do not buy from these people.

They just stilling people's money i ordered 6 items they delivered 4 items they didn't delivered the most expensive, i have been emailing them more than ten times no response they just ignored me i wouldn't recommend them

bought a wedding dress from them the dress came full of flaws, dirty marks, bad sewing on the chest area there was plastic bits pocking out, in some parts where they didn't have enough fabric they attached more and had non seamless lines that looks bad, the cape was made really badly as well that don't sit right and you wouldn't be able to wear it properly, the dress would of had so much potential I can just see how beautiful it would of looked if not all these flaws, not worth the 550 I be so honest, been in months of long discussion for refund and no progress, getting accused of wearing the dress when the dress is not fit to wear on your special day nor fit to be seen in due to bits pocking out and full of dirty marks and they claim to be modest when plastic bits are pocking out on the chest area i dont think so, they put more effort into checking the dress when returned for a refund then they did when it came to send it, if you buying this dress just hope they improved the quality of the dress because you don't want to be struggling with it like I have been, especially looking for alternatives last minute because of the disappointment of quality of the dress, they deleting the rewies so you dont even know how many girls have been scamed or put in the same possition as me let alone the dress comes in some rubish bag for 550 dress you expect better the dress was just in a really bad state, be careful girls, especially when shoping online becasue of these kind of situations

My friend ordered an abaya from this company. She has messaged them multiple times, as well as asking some of our other friends to message the account as they kept ignoring her, but our other friends were also ignored. She had no choice but to comment on their videos to check their DMs, explaining that she still had not received the order. Please bear in mind she ordered this outfit for a special occasion, which has passed long long ago but still the order is nowhere to be seen, along with NO explanation and NO response. Her and I have both commented on their videos stating that they keep ignoring my friends request but they continue to delete the comments. Very sad to see this behaviour.

Items are great, when received. Ordered at item and received noting. It is now showing on the website as not in stock. Emailed the company to chase and the response stated that I need to go onto online chat. Have been on chat for the past 2 hours and still no-one has responded? So how am I supposed to get through to anyone?
