Hello Mark,

Firstly, thank you for your most recent order. After two previous orders with us for the same item, we always appreciate return custom. As notified by email, your item was promptly despatched from our warehouse via the chosen delivery method (Royal Mail) the next working day after your order was placed. Your order was received at 6.26pm on Monday 11th December, and sent on Tuesday 12th December at 11.38am. We were unaware of any issues with your delivery prior seeing this review, or before speaking to you on the phone on Tuesday 2nd January.

As explained during that call, the delivery option you selected on your order is generally a four working day service, untracked, and should have arrived the week before Christmas. Unfortunately, with the time of year, delivery delays, especially when sending overseas with standard postage, are outside of our control. As agreed, we have now re-sent a new item at our cost, using a tracked service, and will follow up with Royal Mail about the original consignment.

We do apologise for the problems you had with delivery, which we hope you understand, are completely outside of our control. We hope you will shop with us again, and for future orders maybe consider an alternative postage option, should you need a faster, guaranteed delivery service. Thank you, and please don’t hesitate to contact us again if we can help you in any way.

Not overly happy with my experience got…

Not overly happy with my experience got a battery and some arms they said was all in stock on the website however arms were not then when I received the battery it was missing the lead to charge it correctly through a balance charger rather then through the lead

Thank you for your honest feedback. Firstly, regarding the missing lead, this indeed should have been in the box along with your battery. Our customer contact team have had no contact with yourself since delivery, so we were unaware of a problem. To confirm, we have now sent out a replacement lead in a separate parcel, which should arrive in the next few days. That delivery will come via Royal Mail to your home address.

We apologise about stock of the replacement arms you ordered, which was incorrectly displaying as available on our website. We contacted you via email about this on the next working day, and a refund for that item was processed promptly on your reply. Again, we apologise about the problems you have had with your order, and always strive to support our customers, both pre and post-sale. If there's anything else that we can help you with, just let us know.

We are sorry to hear that there’s been a problem with the delivery of your order. To clarify, your order was received by our team on Sunday 22nd October, and was promptly despatched the next working day. The package left our warehouse on Monday afternoon (23rd) through the chosen delivery option selected on your order, first class post with Royal Mail.

This delivery option is a four working day service, untracked, but we would have expected the package to arrive before you left your review. We assume it arrived later in the same week? We had no contact from yourself following the original order, and if we had, would have followed up the consignment with Royal Mail to check the status.

Whilst the delivery timescale in this case was disappointing, delivery delays, especially when sending overseas with standard postage, are outside of our control. We do however apologise that the delivery wasn’t as quick as expected. Ordered part that wasn't in stock then took ages to tell me asked a question and it took them 24 hours to get back to me.

We apologise for our inability to fulfil your original order, placed via our website outside of office hours on Saturday 9th September. A more expensive alternative was offered at no additional cost on the next working day, in writing on Monday, which was agreed by yourself on Tuesday. Following that, you decided not to proceed with the alternative and a full refund was duly issued.

As a team, we are sorry that you feel our service wasn’t inline with the experience you expected. However, given the context and the timeline, we feel that our communication and the proposed resolution, in this case, were fair and generous. We did all we could to source the original part through our supplier network, and proposed an alternative within one working day at no additional cost.
