Fantastic company to deal with. I ordered 10 litres of paint before Xmas, paint arrived damaged on route by couriers. I brought it to the attention of both parties as I had lost a significant amount of paint (sent photos).This was resolved very quickly. I can’t fault Buy paints online and will definitely use them again. Thank you.

I was also a bit wary after reading some of the reviews but pleased I took the chance. I ordered 2 x 5 litre tins of Sadolin Superdec and was very pleased - best price I could find anywhere and the delivery via Fedex was quick and efficient. The tins arrived well wrapped and undamaged.

I ordered 3 X 5 litre tins of Sadolin Superdec in Grey-blue ( after seeing a free colour chart from Crown) I was nervous after reading the negative reviews but can only say my experience has been perfect. The paint was the best online price by far. It arrived safely via FedEx on time. Well packaged, sealed tops, no dents, right colour. Thank you!

I purchased paint online, based on their online colour chart. When it arrived, it was nothing like the online chart colour - a yellow-green instead of dark green. ‘Richard’ refused to accept it back and says that the UK law that allows online purchasers to return goods for refund within 14 days does not apply as the tin had been opened. Now else can a customer determine whether paint is suitable without opening the tin? More important is that his manner shows that buypaintsonline could not care less about its customers. SO BE WARNED.
I am taking up the matter with their MD and with Trading Standards.

Finally found the two discontinued Crown paint colours that I had been searching for! I was concerned that the colours wouldn't match, but both are perfect. The paint is very good quality too. Very well packaged, took ages to get the wrapping off! Only issue was that the courier delivered to the wrong address, but this often happens, as we are very rural! Many thanks.

Very happy with the paint I purchased from Buypaintsonline. No problems whatsoever - the paint was well packaged and arrived within two days. I needed a discontinued Sandtex masonry paint and Buypaintsonline were the only company who offered it. I think the paint was mixed-to-order and it's an excellent match to the paint I have already been using. I would definitely order paint from this company again. A+.

I ordered my paint on 30th May and it is now the 4th June and still waiting for my order. Checked my online account and still in "processing" stage. There has been no communication. So much for their statement that they dispatch in 24 hours and deliver within 48 hours.

Ordered 3 tins of sadolin superdec - 2 arrived badly dented. Had been packed in an open topped cardboard box with no padding, totally inadequate for 5l tins of paint. Lid of one is now going to be difficult to remove.

I ordered some Sadolin Superdec which they charged me £5 for P&P.
It arrived in a strong undamaged box and the paint tin was wrapped in bubble wrap. Great so far right? On unwrapping the paint the tin had a big dent in the side and multiple dents on the bottom.
On complaining about the damaged paint tin I was told it was all the fault of the delivery company who Ive never had cause to complain about, and despite the lack of damage to the packing. It was quite clear that the tin went into the box damaged.
RUBBISH!
I was offered no recompense

Bought over £200 worth of paint and have been trying to resolve a return as I claim it is the wrong colour as it is very different to their online colour chart. Upon immediately notifying by phone followed by email, a printed colour chart to compare was offered but three days later it has not arrived and two following emails are ignored. In the call they said that their website advised to see printed chart before any purchase, I am still looking for this advise and cannot find it.
