I am very sorry the order was delayed. We did despatch on the Thursday and it was out for delivery on Friday but according to DX "an unexpected problem occurred". No info as to what happened. Sadly, we cannot rule out potential issues/delays when orders are with our couriers, albeit rare. I am still very sorry about this.
