Extremely upset to have been bullied by them after being a loyal customer
Update: Since raising this review with only 1 star the issue has been resolved and my money refunded so I've updated it to 3 stars (had this been resolved before I needed to raise a 1 start review I would have happily given Butcher and Barlow a 5 star review). Thank you to the team who resolved this for me I wish your accounts receivable team had been empowered to be as solutions orientated as you.
Original Review: 6 months after having closed the transaction I hired them to organise Butcher and Barlow LLP sent me an additional charge due to a mistake they made on their original bill. Since then I've questioned them on it and suggested I shouldn't have to pay for their mistake but rather than admitting fault and honouring the relationship with a longstanding customer then have raised legal action against me for £124. Never trust these bullying con-artists!!!!

Had to report them to the ombudsman!
the most apaulding customer service I have ever received
have had to refer them to the ombudsman as well for substandard representation from one of their "trusted" barristers
horrific in court and for owned by a solicitor
after following complaint procedure they ignored the complain and then made harassment phone calls demanding money
avoid them at all costs total charlatans!
