We travel 2-3 times a year Internationally usually with 2 to 4 different countries in one trip. I contact this company and spoke to JORDAN after explaining what I went thru with the company that I had just purchased tickets from Dallas to Thailand to Tokyo back to Dallas Business class for 3 people and the fact that I had to cancelled them because they had me changing planes in 2 different airports in Japan on the same trip.

I told JORDAN I was waiting for a credit refund back to my card it which would be tomorrow. It sounded like JORDAN was sympathetic to what I went thru (WRONG)

After several hours and JORDAN'S several attempts at trying to change the price on me, mind you my calls are recorded, as they are on my company phone, JORDAN finally said that Japan Airlines had confirmed the flights and everyone's name and credit card information was submitted, even though JORDAN said the credit card info is not submitted until after the flights are confirmed.

This occurred about 10:30 pm central time. JORDAN stated he would call me the next day once he had chosen the seats we even discussed which rows and seats we wanted.

The next day came and went and no call from JORDAN (6/29) on 6/30 I called JORDAN 3 times all calls went ignored, I emailed JORDAN 3 times all emails went ignored. I called the main number spoke to someone who once again sounded like he was sympathetic and stated and guaranteed the Manger would call me back in 1 hour. I told him that i was in the process of writing this review and he promised me the Manager would call to please not write the review, I waited 3 hours no call back no ever did and this is why this was written.

I cant believe these companies can play with peoples vacation like this especially knowing that we are trying to purchase these tickets for a June 8th departure.

This was our first time using BT365. After several quotes for booking Claire finally got a quote that fit the flights and price we wanted. It took several days to get the tickets issued to us, which was a bit nerve wracking. Looking at our tickets we see that a flight from Chicago to Charlotte, North Carolina was added that we did not order. We were told that it would be cancelled by BT365's Ticket Service.

Got multiple flight quotes to choose from, aggressive pricing, around 50% less compared to Google flights or direct airline website, agent was very patient in helping me choose the right booking.

Kaycee was great, providing great options and pricing. She was very responsive, and it was a good experience booking this complicated trip.

Flem was very helpful and professional. He offered a wide range of options for me and my family.

Denver worked with us to get the best possible price.
