Same as every other review. No product received but charged for it. Fraudsters. I hope they get infested with fleas.

Product never came in. I ordered back at the beginning of December and it’s now March. Website also doesn’t work. This was a scam from the beginning. Don’t buy from this fake company that steals peoples money. I should have researched before I bought. That’s on me.

This company is a scam. I ordered an item from their website three months ago, received an email confirming my order, but have heard nothing since. I have tried contacting the company several times since but to no avail. I have received neither the product I ordered nor any confirmation that my product is due to be dispatched. Avoid at all costs.

The Package will never be sent, the company does not response to E-Mails or contact form on their Homepage.

Do not buy from this company. You put in an order and it will never be sent. I bought a birthday present and Christmas gift for my girlfriend. Still no response from them. It's been almost two months. For the love of god don't purchase from this company.

Scam website multiple people ordered from this site never receive item they will send you a tracking number from a delivery company to make it appear item has been sent that carrier will never receive the item avoid this company

USPS tracking number was false. Looking like a SCAM based on all reviews. To bad, really wanted their toy.

I ordered an item through this website via the ads on Facebook for Christmas. I contacted them via email on their website, provided email confirmation in my email and through ShopPay and never received a response. No customer service and I never received what I ordered. The tracking number provided was fake.

Zero stars. SCAM!!! My order never came. $50 down the drain.

Ordered the shark onesie, paid, got no confirmation, no customers service and no response to any emails. You can order from here but they just won't send it

I actually give this company no stars but had to put one to leave a review, do not buy from this company I ordered a hello kitty breathing plush teddy from them advertised all over facebook and instagram when it arrived it was the cheapest fake teddy you have ever seen didn’t even work wires hanging out no instructions with it honestly the worst thing I have ever bought ! It was £25 they even said they price slashed it from £66 which is crazy the pictures and videos on line is not the teddy you recive sent loads of emails they just said they paid 2 million dollars for safety certificates, won’t refund or do anything so I am reporting to trading standards today .

Bought a furry pet face from them. Took twice as long to get to me and when it came it looked nothing like my pet and the quality was terrible. Asked for a refund or reduction or something and the they refused and won't respond. I left a comment on their Instagram and they deleted it and blocked me. I then called the number on their website, which was just a person's phone and they swore at me when I asked for a refund. Keep well away.

A company that has a LOT of adverts on Instagram and Facebook with quite nice pet supplies and also personalised felted pet decorations. I ordered one of the latter through Instagram where they said they had a discount running on the framed item. When my order confirmation came through it was a bit suspicious that it did not mention the exact item I had ordered and did not include the notes I had written but I got distracted and didn't follow this up. Needless to say when the item finally arrived (despite numerous photos being asked for and sent of my pet from various angles) it looked nothing like him and was basically just a generic cat face with the same colouring. It was also inside a cheap plastic ball and NOT the framed item I had ordered and paid for. Their Ts and Cs state that if not 100% satisfied you get a full refund however on closer reading this does not include personalised items. They refused a refund and refused to acknowledge that I had ordered the framed item. I know I need to be more careful ordering through Instagram and wont make the same mistake in future however you can NOT trust this company to do what it says. Avoid.
