Brown & Co has just helped me sell my house and I would rate them first class. I couldn't fault any of the service they provided from advertising my home to updating me during the completion process. A really family friendly service you can put your trust in.

This was my first time selling a property and after meeting with Chris knew my choice of estate agent was made. The marketing pack given was a great source of information on the selling process with the fixed sale fee being already specified at the property valuation. Within the first week of the property going to market, the house had two viewings and was subsequently sold to one of these interested parties.

Chris is very personable, tells it how it is and guides the buyer and seller with updated information that is helpful.
Keeps the communication lines open and doesn’t hesitate with intuitive timing. His knowledge and reading what people are looking for and expecting are grounded and balanced.
His tenacity and commitment never wavered even though covid restrictions and circumstances and a slow sell through no fault of his own. The service and reassurance he gave throughout stopped any pangs of self doubt I might have had. In short a great guy to have on your side.
