Great food and always fantastic service, particularly from Andreas and liezel. Always polite and friendly, they always provide a personal and professional service and it makes it extra special which is why we keep returning

I love visiting and staying here. The staff are always friendly and extremely helpful. Andreas in the restaurant you were a delight! And the food was great, just the treat I needed after a tough day at work!

W have just been for Christmas afternoon tea and have to say it was amazing the food was amazing the staff were so happy our waitress and the manager were so lovely and the hotel was so clean, loved the white company handwash we loved the Christmas decorations and will definitely be back again next year happy new year xxx

Arrived to stay one night in the cheapest (£88 inc breakfast) room as we were attending a funeral and it did not seem right to treat it as a holiday . Daft I know. On arrival they had upgraded us, gave us vouchers for the bar and a discount for eating in the hotel. Garden room was very nice and obviously recently refurbished, air con worked and was quiet and the bed was comfortable. We had a small problem with the electronic lock that was sorted while we ate. Strangely we too had the Eton mess but there was no sign of any food colouring in it and the portions of both our Sunday roast and the dessert were both more than adequate. We met several staff including the duty manager (dealt with the faulty keycard) and they were all very pleasant and helpful. Next morning the breakfast staff went out of their way to make sure my wife had gluten free which is a requirement for her rather than a choice.

Checkout took no time at all and no ridiculous extra charges. Total cost inc room, 2 course evening meals, breakfasts, a double G&T 2 glasses of white wine and two pints of Diet Coke came to £165 which seemed pretty good. So why 4 stars and not 5? On suite bathroom just to small. New, clean, decent toiletries but just a bit small for two people. Although in fairness using it one at time was not really a problem and the rest of the room was big enough to have a couch overlooking the garden.

I recently booked the hotel for a one night stay was attending a 60th party near the hotel .on arrival I was made a special guest where I had a room upgrade with chocolates . The room was perfect with a lovely view , outstanding very clean . The bar fish n chips very nice . Staff lovely . Breakfast buffet was good . I recommend this lovely hotel . I will be definitely returning

Had afternoon tea there . Was not good . I’ve had much better. And would not go back .

I often use this hotel as a mini break mainly due to being able to relax in the sauna which is now non existent and many staff have reported that it is unlikely to be repaired due to the cost involved which I feel should then be removed from their advertising.
I had an evening meal for the first time and was very disappointed of the outcome. The meals themselves, spiced sea bass and cod loin were pleasant to taste and very well presented although the portion is ridiculous and we had to purchase another meal to be content.
The desert was horrendous. I ordered the Eton Mess which when it was presented to me looked very unattractive as green food dye was used in excess which tasted bitter and left my excretion dark green for several days which was very worrying. I did speak to the catering manager about this and suggested that this was an unnecessary bad ingredient to use in the food with E102 and E142. On research I found it to cause hyperactivity in children, asthma and other worrying illnesses. I feel guests should be wary of such dishes as it can have a negative outcome.

My husband and I had a fantastic stay overlooking the garden which is landscaped beautifully and we even, extended our stay. Staff all across the hotel from reception, housekeepers, restaurant and bar staff, were superb and helpful. Can highly recommend and we had breakfast and dinner and the Breakfast Chef Cindy Elena came out to regularly check the food and chatted with us all the restaurant staff, across both services of breakfast and dinner, and both the garden bar and lounge bar were a real credit to the hotel, if you do not want the restaurant during your stay. Then there are plenty of choices from the bar menu. We will definitely book this hotel again for our stay and look forward to seeing you all soon as the afternoon tea’s look good too. Thank you all for a wonderful time.

Just a note to say what a lovely stay at the Bromley Court Hotel. Lovely hotel, friendly staff and amazing grounds. Breakfast was superb.

I didn't know about the Spa treatments, massage and treatments offered, but I do now.

I will definitely use these facilities on my next visit.

We hired the Wellington Suite for the Celebration of my Mum's Life and everything was perfect. Big thanks to Isabelle in the Events team who was extremely helpful and accommodating. Isabelle helped with all of my requests and I found the Events team generally proactive. Big thanks also to Antonio the Banqueting manager who was also great on the day. He couldn't have been friendlier or more accommodating. The Wellington Suite is a lovely room that backs onto the beautiful gardens. This is the 3rd time I have had an event in this room and I would highly recommend it. We were also given access to the room prior to the event so that we could set up our projector and mum's memorial table. The room also has its own bar and our buffet was delicious. Thank you again to all the staff that helped make my mum's send off so special.

Really nice hotel with friendly staff. The location is breathtaking!
have stayed twice with my family and will defo stay again. The only thing preventing me from giving 5 stars is due to the rooms not being dark enough whilst sleeping (the curtains let light in through the sides). also if there is a large wedding or private function going on during your stay you might need to check you won't be impacted ahead of your visit Everything else is top notch!!

Very good Afternoon Tea - good food! Great Service and very helpful staff. Lovely Gardens at the back. Our 2nd time so must be good. Reasonable price too compared to some. Will return next year of course.

Went for Sunday lunch 5/5/24 service was terrible,had to ask for everything rolls for the soup, our starters took ages to come, when we got our main course the lamb was so tough we couldn’t chew it, my friends chicken was all bones, fed up we just wanted to leave asked for the bill, I refused to pay for 3 of the mains,tried to charge us £53 for 2 soups checking the bill more carefully which was£220 sent it back, it took over 30mins in the end I paid £140 so fed up we just wanted to leave. My wife and I had our weeding here and so disappointed how much it has gone down hill. We definitely won’t be returning!

The reception staff and cleaners were exemplary.
Jo, Jana and Alex went way beyond what would normally be expected and could not do enough for my birthday celebration and our 50th wedding anniversary.
We will be back in July for another birthday celebration.
Jo and Jana please enjoy the roses and give Alex some of the chocolates.

Very poor service. We made the mistake of holding our wedding there. Sadly the service was not what we expected. They were meant to cater to an Indian wedding but badly messed up with the food and service. Our guests too have complained about the poor quality of service and food wastage. We feel we’ve had a bad experience and when we wrote a constructive email with feedback we got fobbed off. Some guests have said that we should get some money back given the bad service. As we got fobbed off we have no choice but to write a public message. Avoid this venue for weddings. The rooms too are old and shabby and the hotel is definitely not 4 stars…they sell a lie

The staff were really accommodating. There were a couple of minor issues, but these were dealt with promptly and efficiently. The food in the bar, particularly the hot sandwiches were excellent quality and very generous portions. Room service was prompt and efficient. Prices were excellent for a London hotel. Buffet breakfast in the Garden Restaurant was of good quality with plenty of choice.
