THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST SALES SUPPORT AND DELIVERY I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS. ARROGANT STAFF WHO TAKE ZERO RESPONSIBILITY WHO MAKE PROMISES THEY BREAK AND CANNOT KEEP AND THEN THREATEN YOU WITH CANCEL ORDER IF YOU KEEP CALLING. DISGUSTING BUNCH. They shouldn't even be allowed to sell rain water let alone high-end equipment

I placed an order at 4pm on Friday for WiFi Access Points with pre-configured SSID. And I paid a few pounts for next day DPD delivery. I got an email back saying I'd missed the cut off, and the order would be processed on Monday. Fair enough.
BroadbandBuyer got the access points configured and into DPD on Friday, and they were with me by noon on Saturday. Extraordinary Customer Service!

Everything I needed was easy to find on line and in stock, (NAS box, Hard drives). Choice made easier by good product review articles. Total Price was £50 less than the same combo from the other well known large on-line shop.
Ordered on Tuesday, Free delivery arrived on Wednesday.
Faultless.

there were a few hiccups not caused by Broadbandbuyer but they sorted it all out with out any fuss. Easy to deal with and polite.

The package (a NAS) was thrown over our 7 foot high gate by the delivery company. It appears to be working but thats no way to deliver.

I ordered 4 Nas drives which were packed and dispatched and arrived with me the following day. Excellent service.

Fast efficient service for the supply of LPUs

Always a good experience but on this occasion where I had to add to an order after paying extra for a Saturday delivery, Jon in the sales team went above and beyond to make sure that could happen and it did - received everything I needed ready to carry out an installation on the Monday - very pleased.

Ordered facelate and backbox. Backbox arrived square, faceplate arrived rounded corners. Looks terrible and doesn't tighten securely. Why don't companies think about irritations like this? Doesn't take much to get it right.

Can’t fault the service it is everything you would expect from an online business. The gear arrived in good condition and was exactly what I ordered.

The system for signing up an account could be a little easier but I won’t mark down for that it is very minor.
