What an amazing day for our staff and students from our school! The students loved it! (Staff too!) They enjoyed walking around all of the sculptures and there was such a variety to see! The students also enjoyed the playpark provided for when we stopped for a lunch break. The cafe, the shop, the sculptures, the environment was all so lovely. Overall an amazing day!

Fantastic day out for young children. My two young boys love the sculptures especially the superheroes and the dinosaurs. The park is great and the cafe is good. A great place to visit for a day out.

Very disappointing experience. I ordered quite a few things, and as lovely as they seem, some were very cheap looking. The snail boot arrived with an important screw missing, after weeks waiting for it to be especially made. Customer Services are reasonably ok with the response times, however, communication is not good. I was asked to pack it back up and take it to a parcel drop off. After explaining that it was very heavy and I could not print out a returns label, I asked them to arrange a courier to collect, which was eventually arranged for a Wednesday, after a few emails back and forth. Gareth appears to have forgotten as it was still waiting to be collected a week after the agreed day. After contacting CS again, it was eventually collected. Disappointingly though, instead of sending a replacement, a refund has been issued for slightly less than it appears I originally paid. I just feel that they are not passionate enough about their customer service. A huge let down.

The hospitality from the British Ironworks Centre team has been excellent so far. The booking process was efficient, and the admin team have been warm, helpful, and responsive.

We are incredibly grateful to the British Ironwork Centre for their generous support of our London Marathon fundraiser in aid of RJAH Orthopaedic Hospital. Their willingness to donate a prize for our fundraiser truly made a difference to the success of the event.

It’s fantastic to see a local, family organisation actively supporting community fundraising and helping to raise money for such an important cause. Their generosity shows a genuine commitment to giving back.

Great place to visit. Lot's top see and do and many unique items that you won't see anywhere else. The Cafe is also great. Staff are friendly and it's really worth a visit if you’re in the area.

What a fantastic place to visit. So many sculptures to see set within a huge park. We bought winter passes which allows us unlimited visits until mid February. We've visited 4 times now and we still haven't seen everything. The sculptures are not only spectacular and so beautifully made, each only also has detailed information boards, making them educational too.
Can't wait to visit again!

Claire provided excellent customer service over the phone. My issue was resolved quickly, with a friendly voice ready to help. Would highly recommend British Ironwork Centre! Though the product I ordered wasn't what I expected from the photo on the website, it was very good quality, and I would be willing to order from the company again. As a buyer, it would be great to see photos of the item (in this case, shelf brackets) in use by other buyers or in varied lighting.

Had problems on line ordering a mail box, called and spoke to a real person, no chat bots here!

My friend was given a voucher for afternoon tea.
It was amazing. Brought the cakes home as didn’t get chance to eat them.
Food was fantastic. Service was great.
Couple of things we didn’t realise, friend had booked and didn’t think to ask questions, as her son had given it she didn’t know what type he had booked.
1st, we weren’t told what flavour soup we had.. although it was delish, there could have been issues.
2nd. We were told we could have 2 drinks each, hot or cold. However we didn’t know until we asked that we could have alcohol, ie Prosecco etc.
3rd, and let me say, there was no rush on us to leave. But we didn’t know until we looked after that a 3pm booking only allows for 60mins to eat!

After all this though.. it was excellent, will definitely return. Good job, Shout out to Sarah too. Above and beyond.

The name of this company is very misleading. Having spent £500 on what I expected to be British Iron, since it comes from the BRITISH IRONwork centre I was annoyed to find shipping labels from India on the biggest packing box. Funnily enough the inner boxes had cardboard patches over where I assume the labels would have been! It seems they may have omitted to remove the outer one. Lovely items but NOT BRITISH.

We are visiting with a class of Yr5+6 pupils in November and wanted to say how easy and efficient the booking process has been. The website is really informative and Rosie couldn't have been more helpful. We're all very excited for our trip!

I ordered a wall mounted Bison head in March with the understanding that it had a 14-16 week dispatch time. In April I received an email that the product i ordered could not be supplied was offered an alternative and 10% discount which i accepted. I understood that the 14-16 wait time would start again. It is now mid September, 6 months after my initial order, I am yet to receive my Bison head or promised 10% discount refunded to me. I have only received updates when I have prompted them unfortunately none of the promised dispatched dates have happened and no update on if I will ever receive a Bison head, laughingly on the website the item can still be ordered with an option to pay for next day delivery

Just thought customer would like to know how This company deals with its complaint i sent an email to who I believe is the company's CEO Mr Knowles on12th of August 2025 it is now 27th August & i have had NO CONTACT WHAT SO EVER FROM HIM OR ANY MEMBER OF HIS STAFF. The Complaint was about there price stuttering & how i believe it to be unfairly priced there Afternoon teas. Im not going to all the details on here but if this is how the company deals with its complaints well they don't deceiver to be in Business especially if the choice to ignore them.

Visited with a group of SEN students. The place is very clean and well looked after, the staff were friendly and patient. The exhibits are brilliant!

I have visited many times, and it is my go to place to take people when they come to visit. Every time I visit there is something new to see. It's such an amazing place to visit with so much to do. I love walking around the park and getting up close to the sculptures and seeing how they recycle all sorts of different things to make them. The shop is just gorgeous, honestly I could spend so much money in there with all the beautiful things. The icing on the cake however is the café! The food is incredible and the staff are all super friendly. I really love this place and you will too, everyone I take to visit says the same. Well worth it.

Wasn't informed during the purchase online; nor was there any message on the website to suggest that orders after the 15th Dec will not be fulfilled until mid January 2025...very poor show, indeed.

A fantastic day out with friends! Plenty of things to see and also very interesting! Only managed to see half of the park but would definitely visit again!
As the Eco leader at school I noticed that there are lots of educational resources available and I would be very interested taking my class there on a trip!
The children would love seeing all the different Disney characters too! Overall a fantastic day out!
