The bin arrived promptly after three working days, as described and in perfect condition.

Recently bought a 240l bin. It was a second but this one came unusable with badly broken very sharp bits sticking out...however after one call to the company a replacement was dispatched and it was perfect so full marks.

The bins were ordered by phone on Monday for a bowls club. The club is often closed during the day. I was told they would be delivered on Thursday. I waited for the phone to ring to go and open up for the driver. At 3pm I rang asking when the bins would be delivered. I was told they had been delivered on Wednesday the day before! A waste of a day. Oh nearly forgot the bins are fine.

Ordered two bins. One arrived with some damage. BB immediately offered to replace and in fact allowed me to keep damaged bin for garden. Overall good service, responsive and helpful.
