I purchased a bunch of chocolate, sweets, crisps and biscuits for my boyfriend. He was SO EXCITED. With the current situation he is unable to travel back home and this was a lovely treat for him. Customer service was absolutely amazing. I was able to order a few items that were out of stock online and Vicky went to the store to pick them up for me. I also had to change my delivery address (my fault) and Vicky was really helpful and responded really quickly.

Can’t wait to get another order placed for Christmas. I’ve shared this site with all my ex-pat friends here in California and they are buzzing about it!

This was my first order so I wasn't sure what to expect. But I was very happy with the service provided. The goods arrived in NZ in very good time despite Covid-19 constraints. They were very well packaged and all arrived safely in excellent order. I will be ordering more once I've finished this lot.

Excellent service! Was able to find snacks I could not find anywhere else and for a VERY VERY reasonable price. And they ship internationally. They kept me updated, answered any questions and went above and beyond. The shipping was way faster than I expected especially considering it was international. Thank you for the awesome service!

Prolonged wait, which is understandable during the pandemic. What is unacceptable is that all the chocolate has been completely melted and ruined in transit. I understand it’s being shipped to Australia but this should be factored in when I make my purchase. Won’t purchase again. Unfortunate as it seemed like a wonderful reminder of home but I’m just disappointed.

Shopping with British Snacks was a very smooth experience. It was simple to find what I wanted and add items to my cart, shipping fees were clearly explained at checkout so I knew what the total price would be. The order was shipped to me very quickly, and my items were packed very securely, but also in an efficient way using recycled packing materials, which I appreciate as I'm trying to be a bit more eco-friendly with my shopping. All my items arrived in great condition and were as described. Overall I had a great experience and would definitely recommend.

Food was fantastic, dispatched in a very quick manner couldnt ask for better service, BUT I did not read delivery notice first, and all chocolate was melted my fault not theirs but still some sort of insulation should be included, will order again, but in height of wintet

Im sooo happy with this company! British-snacks is awesome, the snacks are wonderful and the owners are incredibly helpful. Im so grateful that they delivered to alaska it took me soo long to find someone that would even tho had an issue with ups delivering to the wrong house but Vicky was very helpful and spent alot of time communicating with me and ups about it. I cant thank her enough 😊 I highly recommend this company if you want amazing snacks, and great service.

We received everything we ordered but every single chocolate was melted and could not even eat. The only thing that we Could enjoy was bags of chips. I need to reach out to customer service. Wasted $50 on this order
