I ordered on January 10th and I'm still not receiving any tracking or confirmation of my order they have said they're having delays but should have had a confirmation by now

We will admit we were having issues with our shipping provider (which are now fully resolved), however we did send several emails to our customers at the time to update them about the delay. We emailed this customer a couple of times in response to emails he sent us, but we didn't receive any response, so can only assume our emails went into a spam folder or similar. We aim to provide a high level of service at all times, and did everything we could to stay in contact with our customers. We're sorry the customer was dissatisfied, however this was a highly unusual situation and we don't foresee it happening again in the future.

Everything turned up in one piece unlike another site I ordered from. Everything was well wrapped and delivery was quick.

My now forever go-to shop.
I’ve used other British food companies (that are USA based) in the past and am now a forever customer of British Snacks. delivery is speedy and the freshness of the food is great. It’s just like going to the shops at home (uk) I love it ! Other companies I’ve used to order British food seem to not be as fresh as British Snacks. Prices are good and variety is good. I’m so glad I found this company for my uk food cravings.

They have a great selection of snacks…
They have a great selection of snacks with great prices and fast shipping, even to the U.S. I found them via a Reddit post as I was looking for a specific kind of British chip you can't find here in the U.S. I had such a great experience, I had them send a package to my cousin. Can't wait to try out some other snacks!

Order came two days earlier than date given. Everything I ordered safely delivered to us in Kefalonia. Only one little niggle though, Date on mince pies is very short, before Christmas even.

A nice treat!
I so excited when my friend shared the link to order from British Snacks. We do not have many of these available in the states and those that are jacked up in price. It was nice to shop for all my favorites and a regular retail price. Even with the high shipping cost from overseas, it was still reasonable. Box came beautifully wrapped for the holidays.
