I have used Bristol Cameras a couple of times now and both times they have offered quality products at reasonable prices and quick delivery. I have just recently bought a fantastic Pentax lens in mint condition for an amazing price, it was delivered very well packaged and I have been trying it out and I am so happy with the performance.

My order included a secondhand filter and my shopping cart and final order description stated that I'd also receive a free bundled filter of the same type and size. I received only the secondhand one. Never mind, my package arrived quickly, and included everything I'd ordered. The films and dev have long dates, and P+P is reasonable. I am happy to rate this experience as five stars.

I recommend Bristol Cameras. They have a good selection of stock and I've been impressed with the speed of dispatch and their efficient communication to resolve an issue with the order.

They had a camera lens replacement, both cheaper and in stock compared to Amazon (even with shipping). The shipping service was very prompt, and well communicated.

Great service! Items dispatched same day!

Item ordered Thursday lunchtime, dispatched Thursday afternoon (via Royal Mail tracked 48-hour) and arrived Saturday morning.

Item was dispatched in 2 days from order as stated on the website (2-3 days) and delivered the next day. When I rang with an enquiry the call was answered promptly and my query dealt with. The price was highly competitive and most other sites either didn't have stock or would take ages to deliver (i.e. from abroad). Overall a great service and would consider using them again.

The law "You must offer a refund to customers if they've told you within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel."

Looks like the Bristol Cameras are breaking the law. Their policy, which should not overtake the law, says:

"A restocking fee of up to 20% is charged on returns, which prove to be non-defective."

Of course you can always email them and ask - except they dont have an email address!

Bought 2 LP-E6P batteries, good packaging and prompt delivery.Good prices, but they are expensive.

Ordered a Ricoh GR III with leather case, the Ricoh came the day after and the case the day after that. Very good service, they even rang me to check I'd be in the next day to receive the camera from the courier. You don't get that personal touch with bigger retailers. Thanks again.
