I've bought many items from this company and never had a problem. I see a very few reviews saying they weren't happy but they were the very few.

I am one of those people that do quite a lot of complaining but so far, I can't complain here.

Second time ordering from Bristol camera, my first experience was great which led me to come back.

On my first order and item was out of stock, however they quickly called to ask if I would like to substitute the item for one of similar quality. They then immediately refunded me the difference. All whilst being very polite and helpful over the phone.

Their prices are very reasonable, and I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Purchased a sigma 150-600mm lens lowest price I found on line. Very helpful in the shop when I had a query about my delivery. The only down side was DHL who delivered a day after they said it would be delivered. The lens was very well packed by Bristol Camera's. This is the second item purchased from the company and will definitely return.

Wish i read the reviews before buying here , brought 3 films, one out stock fine, waiting for it to come and send the order. This was the 18th April

Sent on 24th April, tis now 1st may, all i get it be a day or 2 , or it be with you today. No email either, as an autistic and phoning up i hate it.. no choice. Guy i spoke was nice but had a crap tone and attitude. Further notes added of my order

My small order for a VHS cleaning tape was the first time I have dealt with the Company and in fact I was surprised to be able to obtain such a thing now. The order was delivered quickly and although I haven’t tried the cleaner yet, it looks to be a quality product. The only small criticism is that I seemed to have a disproportionate amount of emails relating to the order but better that than not enough!

Ordered a Ricoh Griii camera - website stated in stock. Left it a couple of days and tried to ring to check on delivery - no answer - for hours. Messaged via Facebook, no answer. Eventually told it should be with me in a day or two. A day or two passed and no camera - rang again - an hour to get through, told they would look into it and email me (odd). Got an email an hour later saying order cancelled as no stock. Complete waste of my time. Appalling customer service - will stick to the big boys like Wex and Park Cameras. Avoid Bristol Cameras. I've wasted so much time this week.
