I've had to make some annoying amends to my bookings, but their customer support team, especially Joel N. has been very accommodating and went above and beyond expectations.

Absolutely amazing stadium...but the staff...is simply inhuman..the blond woman (green/orange high-vis vest) at West upper entrance simply harassed us. My boyfriend was wearing a simple white tshirt with tiniest red flower and for some reason they decided is that's it's to support away team. She grabbed the phone out of our hands and deactivated the tickets, she shouted that we should leave the stadium and we not getting in to the game. We went away towards information point and she started to follow us around screaming that we won't be able to see the match. My boyfriends birthday present was ruined and I was shaking out fear for couples hours after. Not sure how can someone act this way or work in such an environment...one thing for sure I'll never be stepping to this stadium again.

Merry Christmas; I felt compelled to send you this email, praising your colleague Duncan for the stadium tour my daughter and I experienced this afternoon at 13:00.

I’ve been on dozens of stadium tours across the UK and continental Europe, and, nothing compares. The quality, integrity, and professionalism of BHFC, boasting its core community and outreach values, are unrivalled.

My daughter, being at Bohunt School Worthing attended the Brentwood match on December 6th, as a school trip. She was hooked. So, buying Xmas presents has been easier than ever with a stadium tour today and replica playing jersey. We are now both members and looking forward to the Stoke match on January 6th, and, the Wolves match on January 22nd.

People are often quick to complain but rarely offer up credit or praise when they’ve experienced excellent service and good value for money.

Duncan is a true credit to BHAFC, especially, working on Xmas Eve and going above and beyond to ensure maximum value to everyone on the tour. He couldn’t do enough for the group and it made, what could have been an ‘OK’ tour, outstanding.
