Sales man was great but my own fault I did not check car before purchase a few scrapes on car one deep and scratch on passenger side windscreen when I went to pick car up I only got one key and only 20 mile on diesel also they need to look at the people who done the washing and valet car was covered in sand window rubber filthy looked
Like they used a filthy cloth to run over inside also windows streaked so not too happy also car was advertised at a tourer this is not a tourer does not have satnav or nothing my last Astra was a tourer and had all that this new one doesn’t have anything. Anyway hopefully they can locate my other spare key !!!

The salesman was very helpful with our enquiry and easy to work with. Unfortunately he made a slight error on 2 points about our vehicle. 1. As a hybrid the petrol engine does not drive the wheels as he stated but simply charges the drive battery, not really an issue. 2. Zero road tax actually turned out to be £180 which was an addition we had not expected. Thankfully due to their high quality customer care they were able to offer an option that satisfied my initial disappointment. They also paid for a second key to be programmed. Well done Bridgend team
