This is the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of working with. They straight up just lie to you about everything because they know they won't be held accountable by their superiors. That deferment they sold you with, in case of hard times? You're not getting it. Ever. You'll call once ahead of time like a responsible adult and they'll say "Oh actually, we can't apply a deferrment if the payment isn't late." So you'll wait a few days until it's late and call and they'll say "We can't apply a deferrment because it's already late. You should have called ahead of time." The rudest, most calloused, barely literate customer service agents ever, that sound like they finally received their GED 2 weeks ago at the age of 34. I needed to defer 1 payment 3 years into my loan, 40+ on time payments and this b!tch had the nerve to tell me that I "need to be more responsible with my money." as I'm sitting at my mom's bedside trying to figure out how to pay her chemo bill. This company and their employees are the lowest form of life on earth. Actually sub-human and evil. Never ever ever take a loan with them.

Honestly they do not even deserve 1 star. Horrible customer service and policies. Worst finance company I have ever worked with. Called to change my due date which I was advised on my original welcome call that I could do easily after making my first payment. I called and requested the change only to be told I had to call back and confirm in 48 hours. I called back to find out it was declined because it was more than 18 days. I went with what the customer service rep told me. So whatever I choose another date only to be told I have to call back and confirm in 48 hours. Why would i have to keep confirming something I am asking for?? Ridiculous!
Hope they go bankrupt
The least flexible, non compassionate people I’ve ever spoken to. They’re completely useless and only care about collecting. I hope this company goes bankrupt and everyone there is impacted so they can understand what it’s like to lose your job, after getting paid 10 times late by the company, among other issues at home. This place is THE WORST. If you can refinance, do so immediately. They don’t listen to what you’re saying on the phone, they speak over you, and no matter what they say they’ll even ask “can you borrow money from someone”. These people should be fired and have no jobs when they can’t do their job period.

Horrible! I made all my payments on time, and I even paid off the loan early. They gave me false information about my title; thus, after two months of waiting, I'm still WITHOUT MY TITLE!! I've called them many times. They tell me I did get bad information, however, they 'did nothing wrong'. DO NOT USE THIS FINANCING OPTION!

I purchased two vehicles through Carvana and both are financed through Bridgecrest. I have been lied to 5 different times by different staff that work for Bridgecrest. I've been trying to get my vehicle tagged and they continue to make things 100 times more difficult than they need to be. Horrible company that needs to be shut down!

My new car through Carvana was set up for Autopay. Bridgecrest did not take the payment out of my account, had the wrong account number and then charged me service fee's to make my payment. Then when I told him do not charge the service charge he already sent the payment through. Big time scammers. I will never use Carvana again because of this and will let everyone know what I went through

Stay away from these scammers. Carvana, Bridgecrest and their warranty company are all owned by the same family that started Drivetime. They control their corporate stock at 90% voting rights to the family, and intentionally make the public company Carvana unprofitable while funneling all their profits to Bridgecrest and Silverrock. It is such a scam, they are under investigation by so many agencies, Caravana has had their dealer license revoked in multiple states, they will not work with you, they charge extortionist interest rates. THESE GUYS ARE FRAUDULENT SCAMMERS, STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!

WORST CAR LOAN EVER!!!! BRIDGECREST MAKES IT AS DIFFUCULT AS POSSIBLE TO PAY OFF YOUR CAR LOAN IN ADVANCE. YOU HAVE TO WAIT AND CALL DAILY AFTER A PAYMENT IS PROCESSED TO HAVE THEM APPLY ADDITIONAL PRINCIPAL TO YOUR PAYMENTS. THEY HAVE THE ABILITY JUST AS ANY LOAN COMPANY DOES TO SIMPLY NOTATE IT IN YOUR FILE, YET THEY REFUSE TO DO SO... NOT PART OF THEIR "PROCESS". SO HERE I AM STUCK AT A 13% LOAN WITH A COMPANY THAT IS MAKING IT AS DIFFICULT AS POSSIBLE TO PAY IT OFF EARLY. TERRIBLE, AWFUL, HORRIBLE COMPANY!

Refinanced my car and they are taking their damn sweet time sending my bank all the paperwork to complete things....but they sure closed my account asap after they CASHED their payoff check. Car was paid off April 1, 2025. Also can't understand the call center reps. Like it's REALLY bad. Not surprised you guys are getting sued all the time. Also they said they can't talk to my new lien holder unless they have verbal permission but then said they did talk to them yesterday....which is it? DO NOT GET A LOAN WITH THESE PEOPLE. AVOID DRIVE TIME. They prey on people who are in a bad spot. I refinanced and am paying HALF the car payment I was. Also woman on the phone said my loan was electronically released...guess what...it's not lmao. Straight up LIED to me on a recorded call. Getting a lawyer asap because you are violating Florida law by not releasing the lien/title in a timely manner and you've cashed the check from the bank. You messed with the wrong one.
Update on 5/22/25 the bank FINALLY got the paperwork they needed and my credit report finally updated. I had to request to talk to someone stateside because the call center people literally have NO CLUE what they are doing. Whoever originally closed my account and the person I spoke with at the end of April both failed to release the lien properly resulting in a complete mess and honestly I'm embarrassed that I ever got a loan from this company. So happy to be done with you and that my loan payments will actually be paying down my balance. A month and a half and 3 times calling....absolutely pathetic. I have made complaints to anyone I can in the state of Florida and I hope one day you are not allowed to operate anywhere in the US.

This company assessed a lot of hidden cost without letting me know of said charges. My situation was escalated to a manager who lacked empathy and a drive to mitigate my situation. Overall poor communication as a company. I do not recommend this company as a finance option, and I will be refinancing through another company.

Never ever get a loan from Bridgecrest. It’s a payday loan for automobiles. If you are late, they don’t charge a flat late fee, but up to $8.00/day. $240/month. They love to offer modifications. It’s how they make $$$. Beware. Caveat emptor. You will forever be upside down, even when you pay on time.

I contacted Bridgecrest after I had a blowout from dry rot tires (Carvana) to see if I could skip a payment as per their website advertisement. I did this one time with Honda Finance company years ago...no problem there. I needed to buy all new tires and money was tight. This would have helped significantly. I was told "My goal is to keep you current and on the path to owning your vehicle...Did you reach out to the warranty company to see if this is something they can assist with?...a deferment is not a option we are able to offer at this time as we are not able to defer future due dates...It is listed as it may be a an assistance that can be offered if one does qualify for it at that time. Typically deferments are reserved for those more higher in delinquency where it may be harder to come back from or nearing the recovery stage which neither applies to you at this time." So, what he was saying is because I had made all my payments on time, and I wasn't behind on any of them, they could not assist me. I had to get behind first and late on a payment and probably accrue late payment fees:( His last statement to me was "...if it was something that I could offer I would have, especially with you doing your due diligence on the matter." So because I was contacting ahead of time and not after a late payment...and being responsible...they could not assist me. Bravo Bridgecrest...Bravo:( I have purchased 2 vehicles from Carvana before and had a Bridgecrest loan both times. My first experience good...my 2nd experience...I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM CARVANA, AND I'M GLAD I WILL NEVER HAVE TO DEAL WITH BRIDGECREST AGAIN!!!

I wish I could give them a 0. All their male representatives tell you to shut up, disrespect you, and talk down to the customer. Their behavior is unacceptable and highly misogynistic. I refinanced my car with a different lender since I will not support such behavior in customer service.
Biggest scammers
This company is a scam. Whatever you do keep a copy of your contract with you. They like to add fees thinking you would forget what you sign and they try their best to not send you anything in writing or email with your term. My contract said I had to make 72 payments and here I just made 70th payment, which means I only have 2 left and the balance owed is way more the amount of two payments. I am contacting a lawyer now because I don't want know shit in two months. PLEASE KEEP A COPY OF YOUR AGREEMENT. All of these companies try to get over on you at the end.

This company is a sham. I have been trying to get license plates for 3 months. Just need a letter that states they keep the title. There is always an excuse, it will be done in 48 hours.
I have received a ticket, my son lost his job and I at 72 now have no way to get to appt.
I pay my monthly payments on time but the same respect doesn't come from them.

They also denied me a loan modification (during Christmas time) even though I was eligible.
They also put EVERYTHING on your credit report!

I purchased a car I got the car on December 20th I gave them a large down payment, I had never bought a car from a car Dealer before, I thought I was buying the car from Drive Time, I didn't know about Bridgecrest and the salesman did not explain to me that my first payment was January 4th I thought my first payment was February 4th I didn't have it two months and they came and Repo my car my phone was broke, and they never sent me a notice about the payment was do that hurt me, and they wouldn't except* payment and the close everything out and did not tell me. I need some of my refunds back it is not right.
