Wedding invitations
We ordered wedding invitations which were a fraction of the price of most other places so I genuinely wasn’t expecting much and was thinking I should have gone with the more expensive, what a relief I never, these where delivered within a few working days and packaged great, quality of invitations are really really good and has everything we asked for, easy contact with the company, would definitely recommend and highly rate 👍🏻

Well I ordered sample and I wanted names on front of card and it came with some one else names and in side card it was writing in too which I didn’t want so not happy as I ordered 2 samples and it was the same shocking bye

Would have preferred a different font
Well I did send a proof with the following message
Dear Sir
Please find attached required wording and font
All text Comic Sans Bold
Barbara & David font size 24
All other text font size 12

However, you sent me a proof that had identical font to the sample I had previously received. Given that I specifically asked for Comic Sans, and this was ignored, I assumed that the font used is the only one you do, so approved it as I wanted the invites quickly. So sorry but I find your response quite inadequate to be honest. Don't get me wrong, I like the card and the quality, but I DID regquest a specific font and didn't get it

Thank you for your review. We're sorry that your not 100% satisfied with your order. All our orders are supplied with free proofs for you to preview and approve before we proceed with printing your order. At this point you are able to make any changes to your order including fonts and layouts, had you requested changes our typesetters would have made them and sent more proofs for you, however your was approved your order in the font and layout on the proof thus giving us the go ahead to print your order.
