I have not used it a lot yet but it is easy to use and has a lot of info to use,installed and activated easy enough all in all I am very satisfied with the performance.customer service is awsome also.

Installation was quick and done right the first time, and they took the time to answer all my questions without rushing. I feel much more secure knowing everything is set up properly. very accurate, doesn't use 5g (which I love), and my 10 year old can stick the magnetic case right on his bike. we also live in northern minnesota where the temperature is currently 19° F and the tracker is unaffected! so far so good. does the job at a very affordable price. beats anything I'd find on Amazon that's for sure

When my mother somehow disconnected the tracker in her car, I had some difficulty getting it reconnected. I texted and spoke to Czarmaine who was very helpful and knowledgeable and walked me through reconnection step by step. Having the tracker on my mother's car is so very important because of her dementia and I felt like Czarmaine really cared. Thank you so much for your assistance and I would recommend this product and service to everyone!

BrickHouse security has been providing our GPS tracking service for over 2 years. We are 100% satisfied. Never any issues or problems with the tracking. We just did an upgrade to a better software system and the conversion was completely trouble free. When we did call in for information on the new software every one was helpful and easy to communicate with. All of our questions were answered and it was easy to understand.

Worrying about the safety of a loved one can be very stressful , brickhouse gps has eased that stress. The tracking is excellent and at any time you can pinpoint exactly where your car is at . I have the spark nano , it's small but powerful.

My experience was great. They were very attentive when i had questions and my gps worked wonderful. Very cost efficient. The only thing that could be better was if they communicated with you better if they haven’t received a payment, and notified you in advance instead of cutting service off. But if you pay your bill you won’t have to worry about that. I definitely recommend their service. 10/10

It allows me to keep constant updates on my vehicle location. It’s extra added peace of mind to know the exact location of the vehicle as well as the driver if something should happen.
