Best Customer Service in a while
made an order with the company, Unfortunately at the time of delivery i was not in the house, the driver, Chris has contacted me and offered multiple options to make sure that i got the order and has gone out of his way to make sure that i was happy with the delivery. 110% on customer service.
the product itself was fairly priced and good quality. Fast and efficent, will be using them again for sure.

Great Service
Ordered on the easy to use website at 5pm and it arrived the very next afternoon. The driver rang to say what time he expected to get to me and was super polite carrying the three large pain tins into my kitchen. I really cannot fault the service and will defiantly use in the future.

Very disappointing customer service
Very disappointing customer service. Both products I brought came up as a different price to the shelf price displayed. When I queried this, the manager was not interested & said they had the wrong ticket price displayed on shelf as they were in process of changing the prices but had not yet got around to them all yet! They were not willing to honour the displayed price & my purchases therefore cost me an extra £6! I will not be shopping there again which is a shame as previously I’d been satisfied with my experience.
Nb: Following this Trustpilot review, Brewers swiftly asked me to provide contact details so the store could call. Unfortunately, having provided my details I am still awaiting any contact from them 2 weeks later!

Brilliant staff, great products.
The Stockport team are marvellous. I got friendly advice when I rang to see if they had what I wanted. We went to the shop and found there’s a great range of products available. Claire mixed what I needed on the spot. I left with all I needed to get the job done. I dream of places like this when I’m standing beleaguered in a superstore without a staff member in sight!
