Excellent customer service, everything was provided and the chap was nice and friendly and made sure I have all the right equipment. The paint he mixed was perfect and he gave good advice.

seems I cannot get the best prices
Been a tradesman with Brewers for over 8 years, still seems I cannot get the best prices, just purchased some floor protection, and just out of curiosity, I found the same for cheaper elsewhere by £15.
This isn’t the first time and won’t be the last, so I’ve now decided not to shop here unless it’s absolutely necessary.
I’ve asked you and asked you for better prices, but falls on deaf ears. You either give tradesmen better prices, or lose them.
When ordering, it says “stock item” or in stock, when it comes to delivery, it’s not there in the package, saying 4-5 days, not good enough.
Most items are cheaper elsewhere anyway if you look.

My partner ordered undercoat and top…
My partner ordered undercoat and top coat for a colour match with a farrow & ball paint. When I went to use it I found that she had been given two 1lt tins of top coat! The tins are labelled as undercoat & top coat.
I’m sure it’s an easy mistake to make but no less frustrating for the decorator!
