Great product at cheap prices

Easy to order paint online and pick up from the Lymington Depot. Staff at the depot were helpful, courteous and pleasant.

After ordering the availability of the paint was first rate.

Had the paint in stock, ready for same day collection. Excellent

Ordered paint on line and it was ready to collect when I got there. Simple.

I used the Lymington store today and was served by Corrina. She was absolutely amazing with her knowledge of products and helped me to identify exactly what I needed. She was also happy to engage with my 10 year old son and explain how the paint was matched to colour and mixed (she gave him safety glasses so he could stand and watch the machines.) I feel she went above and beyond and stands out as I ambassador for the store and brand. I wanted to share my experience & hope Corrina will be recognised for her hard work and efforts.

Purchased several tins of Farrow & Ball paint and advised online would be ready for collection in 2-3 working days. After 3 days we chased order up to find out the progress to be informed that the store had not yet received the delivery. A week later the paint arrived and we were informed by communication that it was ready to collect. On arriving at the Lymington store we were greeted by the sales assistant that told us that it was a “complicated order”(4 tins of paint) and not all the paint had arrived - upon questioning this all the paint was actually in store ready to take home.

Price wise Brewers were competitive but if your in a hurry go elsewhere.

I have visited the Lymington store several times recently. I was lucky enough to be looked after by Teela. Teela really knows her business. Showed me the most fabulous colour combinations I would not have put together in a million years. I now have my new house all planned and I’m very excited all thanks to this lovely lady. Teela you saved me many many hours of trying to make decisions. Thank you so much.

5star, Except!! Normally my local Brewers in lymington are brilliant but last Friday I placed a paint order with a lady whom I can only assume was the Saturday girl!! Having clearly explained what I wanted, make colour, finish, size I then got questioned on every aspect of my paint in a very monosyllabic manner. I was told I’d get a call, as usual but I had no call the paint was in and it was only in passing today I discovered it was in. I explained I’d had no call and was told the order was taken by a recent member of staff so they are obviously settling in.
I would hate it to tarnish the fabulous reputation of my go to paint and decorator suppliers. Normally their service is above and beyond.

A very warm welcome, in shop, my order was ready for me and supplied a trolley for me to take goods to my car.

Very pleasant staff who are very helpful, also fast service on a colour mix.
