So I sent a brief email to customer service asking if I could have a full refund for both items to my credit card. This was organised very promptly with no fuss or bother. So I am very impressed with their after sales customer service. My previous experience of the company has also been very positive, so thank you.

I visited the Croydon branch and…
I visited the Croydon branch and received outstanding and excellent service from Munro.
Munro was very helpful and friendly and put up with my numerous questions, as I tried to work out the best exterior paint and colour. I did not feel rushed and she is a definite attribute to the team.
Michael (her manager ) was also very attentive when Munro needed to clarify a product with him.
Absolutely happy with the service received and will definitely be back.

Ordered some wallpaper via my online account, the materials arrived the next day, very well packed to prevent damage in transit. Brewers are my go to place for all my decorating needs, great service and friendly knowledgable staff to deal with when I do go to the branch.
