Quick and efficient, with good communication.

I visited Brewers Brixton for the first time today and could not have had a better experience. The staff were very knowledgeable and helped me buy the right balance of premium praint, where needed, and colour matched, where it would be a good equivalent. They were really friendly and VERY tolerant of my slightly disorganised shopping list. And beyond that they went out of their way to make sure I benefitted from my membership card. i will certainly pass on the word. Beyond great service guys, thank you!

Available quickly, but when I went to collect the item I had ordered, I was given a (cheaper?) alternative. It was changed when I questioned why it wasn’t the the Osmo brand I had ordered. Genuine mistake or deliberate attempt to fob me off with different product. It’s difficult to be sure.

I collected the wrong paint this morning from Brixton. Milo, who dealt with me, sorted the problem out in the most professional and unexpected way. I can't thank him enough for what he did. If all Brewers staff are as diligent and caring then it's the best place to get paint from.

On 23/10/21 at Brewers Acre Lane, I encountered the rudest, most confrontational and unprofessional staff member I’ve ever experienced employed within a customer services role. She was intentionally unhelpful, irritable and hostile and I’d highly recommend you avoid this place if you want to avoid an unnecessarily unpleasant experience.

Quick and easy to order online for a click and collect service. I ordered while in my bed early morning and the order was confirmed for collection within 20 minutes. I was very impressed. I was served by one of the management team who was very friendly and the service was quick.
