Been looking for a coffee perculator for months in the shops ( where they don't seem to exist anymore) so went online and by chance discovered Brennands. Best price on the Viilaware and very quick service, so impressed with the first coffee perculator and the speed it arrived at our house, that I ordered another one with equally the same service. I now have one upstairs and one down and enjoy lovely coffee all day long, thanks to Brennands.

I ordered an iron on Sunday and it arrived on Tuesday. The price was the best I could find online and delivery couldn't have been better.

Would have given 5* except there was minor cosmetic damage to the unit although the box seemed unmarked- perhaps the fault of the manufacturer

I would certainly reccommend Brennands and would not hesitate in using them again - they are now one of my "favourites" so I can access them easily! We required a fridge very quickly for our work place, and used a price comparison site for the best prices. Brennands had good prices and from reviews we ordered the item. from them. The product was at our office the next day, and we had emails along the way telling us what was happening. All in all good price and excellent service.

Our old percolator finally gave up the ghost and we thought we'd have to get either a really expensive 'designer' named one or a machine that makes up (cold) coffee from a sachet. Thankgoodness for Brennands. Not only did they have a similar one at a reasonable price but they got it to us wthin three days which was brilliant and meant I only had to put up with hubbies withdrawal symptoms for short time.

We were relying on the short delivery timescale promised on website, but goods were out of stock and weren't delivered when we really wanted. Staff rang to apologise and were very pleasant but were unable to expedite delivery.

I ordered a kettle one afternoon and received it the next day. I was impressed with the the very rapid service.

Just bought a Hostess hotplate , for xmas, it came within a couple of days, I could track it so new when it was going to be delivered, never ordered from the copany before but would use them again in the future.
