I test drove and ordered a new Honda jazz on the date below .I received a reasonable quote for my old car and l think a good price for my new car. The sales staff at Honda were very pleasant and efficient l felt very comfortable when negotiating for my car which has not been my experience at other dealerships, and my new car was delivered to me so l feel l received a good service .The actual dealership is very busy ,parking limited and for this reason l have dropped a star.I think the sales room staff were doing a heroic job in the circumstances.l love the car liked the staff .Hate the building and its location

From start to finish of buying the car was seamless.
Upon arrival the car was ready and extra fuel had been put in it.
Within 30 minutes of arrival I was driving the car home.

I have always received good service from Brayley Honda and would recommend this main dealer, which currently looks after my 27 year old Honda Accord V6 Coupe. A 100% MoT pass rate since 1999. It has never failed an MoT test.

Check in was quick and receptionist was very helpful. The service was very swift and I was not kept waiting unnecessarily.

I had just bought car and the MOT was expiring and I had been given best service and looked into my car as well.

I tried to call the service department on numerous occasions -was left on hold for a considerable length of time -after I did manage to get through the call was cut off-this was very frustrating. I had the car booked in for annual service and I always get to Honda for 8am -I requested the car be ready for 2.00pm as I needed it for an appointment-this could not be guaranteed but I was advised that 2pm was written on the worksheet and I would receive a call-no one called me so once again I tried to call but again my call was unanswered. I went to Honda at 3pm to be told my car was only just being serviced. Having taken my car in for 8.00am I find this unacceptable.I was told that it was ‘extremely busy’-I was left at the desk and was told that somebody would come and speak with me-nobody came to speak with me and after a considerable length of time I asked what was going on-eventually I was told my car would be ready soon.in all the years I have been having my car serviced here with no problems whatsoever,this has to be the worst customer service I have encountered here.Very disappointed.

Staff were very good said service would be 2 hours it was 1hour 50 minutes so very timely and gave me a video of the cars visual inspection so all very good

I was really disappointed at the service from Honda Romford. I booked for my car to be taken in at 8 o’clock when I booked on from the contact centre. I told them my sensor is not working and the time on my navigator is wrong if they could correct it when I got there a man pushed in before me I couldn’t challenge him but I told the lazy call Lisa she just ignored it because I could’ve been the second person to be seen but I was the third person when I ask why my car is not gone and they said I booked for an all day service which was not the case because I saw the email that says 8 o’clock and not in else the man that pushed before me left at 10:27 my car is not gone in till 1045 although I spoke to the manager and he said he’s going to compensate me on the service I think for the MOT he took away 10% but that’s not the point because I was there till about 3 o’clock missing half a day of work went I’ve always requested that I wait for my car. I have requested for the recordings to be produced when I got my car back, it was not washed. The sensor was not discussed on the time was still wrong. I have never seen a poor service like this before and I’m disappointed.

A pleasant experience. The car service was carried out on time and my questions were answered satisfactorily.

Bought a second hand bike from another garage and brought it in without having to wait for a slot in a fortnight to get checked over, serviced and some bits fitted, shown how to adjust chain and play with tech, all good

Bought some more stuff (slow post), again no long wait for slot, again all good
