Tom was excellent. I have very individual needs as full time wheelchair user and I could not fault his customer care, service and patience. I would highly recommend Tom and the team at Brayleys.

Poor service. I have complained twice that the sat nav malfunctions. It goes wild often. And if my phone is connected to it the phone behaves the same. The service lady said it is a problem with the satellites. That cannot be the case. If I turn off Bluetooth the phone navigates properly. It is the car not detecting satellite.
I ordered a touch up paint. I live over 15 miles away. But, no, it cannot be posted to me.
This was the second trip to sort sat nav. Simply put heads in the sand. Dreadful.

Purchased a 12 month old Honda CRV PHEV from the Orpington franchise. Clearly our expectations were the car would be valeted to a high standard - no! Arrived to collect the car, noting it was dirty and hadn't been touched since we saw it 10 days before. On closer examination there were chips on the paintwork, the interior was dirty and there were leaves under the bonnet. No apology was proferred. Returned the two days later, so paintwork could be touched up, still no apology. The only reason I continued was because my wife still wanted the car - I would have walked away. This branch is complacent as the Honda product is a good one and they take it for granted they'll attract customers.

Customer service was good. I was well informed about the progress of my MOT every step of the way.

This was my first experience of using Brayleys in Orpington for the service and MOT of my Honda Jazz. It was a positive experience. Communication was very good,I found the pre-service health check clear and helpful. The work was carried out promptly. My car was washed and cleaned after the service. Very happy with the experience.

The financial cover in place had been overlooked and we had to remind the assistant of this. The invoice had to be adjusted. This was kindlydone very efficiently.

The online booking service worked well, all the staff at Brayley Honda Orpington were extremely polite and helpfull. The annual service was carried out in a timely manner and the car was cleaned to a high standard following the service

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. She answered all my questions nothing was a problem for her. She was very welcoming. She handled everything so well and fast. The only thing I have done was to sign few forms after she explained each one. Very well done.

With my usual, long standing Honda Dealer going bust overnight, I was surprised to find that this was now the next nearest. Hardly local, but from the first contact every conversation was professional but friendly. I needed an annual service and MoT and they immediately identified some items that should have been replaced by the previous dealer, as well as routine items. I was sent a short video of the vehicle inspection and there was no pressure to have unnecessary work done. The staff were approachable and knowledgeable and I felt like a valued customer with whom they wanted a long term relationship. Although it took me an hour on bus and train to collect the car, and cost £500 for work that probably should have been done a while ago, it was worth it and I'll definitely be back in 12 months.

Emma on the front desk was polite and helpful with the booking in process. I was kept up to date with both videos and telephone calls during the service. At the end of the day when I picked up my car it had been valeted both inside and out.
