Staff are welcoming and polite upon arrival. I bring the car for MOT and it was done under two hours. I am happy that my car is passed.
The only reason not to give 5 stars is the fact that after mot test they don't mention or recommend that there is something needs attention with the car.

Excellent from start to finish. Young lady at reception very polite and helpful couldn’t do enough. Chap at the service desk was also very friendly and very helpful 5 star and informative dealt with everything right up to finding me and handing me my paper work and keys. Added bonus was getting my car valeted. Can’t speak highly enough of the whole process.

This is an unsolicited review. I recently purchased a new 'used' car from Brayleys, Hendon. Philip, the sale representative was extremely helpful throughout the process, going the extra mile (quite literally!) to ensure that the documentation was in order and that we had everything needed to move forward with the new vehicle. At no point did we feel pressured or receive any sort of hard sell. The process seemed genuine and friendly throughout. Credit where it is due! Please send on my thanks.
