Had the worst customer service experience ever. They are very rude and unprofessional. Sent the wrong size and they are not ready to accept it or help in an exchange
Would not recommend this website

Bought a pair of timberland safety boots.
Comfortable but very poor quality.
Contacted the seller and they understood the situation and agreed for a refund. Top seller .

Please see attached pictures clearly showing you how my existing Crocs crush Sandals in UK 5 fits and in comparison how big the one that is UK 6 is, as it is a full size bigger.

You cant claim that Uk 5 is the same with Uk 6, on the sole of Crocs clearly, as its a whole size bigger the 6uk.

I will also use the pictures to detail the review I will leave based on your reply ti this email.

The oink in size 6uk its much longer and wider so much so my hand fits under the straps also.

I have reviewed your website and hahe rang you and spoken to a lady who confirmed you will look inti this, as I clearly states and advised you that your sizes are incorrect amd so a size 5 UK is not the same as a Size 6 Uk on the back on the sole of the shoes.

6uk is a while size bigger than 5UK.

A size 38 Eu = 5 UK = 7US

Your shoes is sent as size 39 Eu = 6 UK = 8US

So it is a size bigger.

Also your description of the size of 5-6 does not exist in Crocs and so this is also incorrect.

On the sole there is no 5-6 size.
It doesn't exist on the sole of any Crocs.

I looked very much like false advertising because in reality you dont have a size 5 UK and then are trying to sell a 6UK as a smaller size.

I am therefore am asking for return label.

If I were you i would not use them

Would not recommend purchasing from this retailer. I ordered a pair of men’s toms size 7 but when they arrived I noticed a tight fit to my prev toms before checking label on box said womans. The website is misleading and on the description on the website it does not confirm men’s or woman’s. I might be partially to blame as went through google searched for men’s toms size 7 and this what came up. Sent Brantano an email to advise of this who responded said the toms are shown under woman section on there website but I feel it should be clear on the description when viewing the product as if you go through search engine it takes you straight to the description of the profhvt. Also you pay 4.99 to return item and when you get the refund they deduct the shipping fee of 3.99 which I wasn’t expecting. Personally won’t buy from company again

Updated rating from 1 star to 3 star as after emailing customer services they have apologies and refunded the 3.99 shipping fee

Tbh honest I don't remember buying from Brantano but based on their reputation I'm guessing all went well

Had to return a pair of trainers because they were too small, so the price for return is £4.99 and they take £3.99 out of your return money for delivery. So you pay £8.98 for the pleasure of viewing some shoes.
Personally I will never deal with this company again.

Items arrived when stated and pleased with product

I ordered a pair of walking shoes from Brantano. Two months after I bought them the soles started to fail.
Brantano were excellent to deal with. Issued a refund very quickly.

Ordered goods they have agreed not received but wont refund. Until I am in possession of the goods by law, they have to refund me. They also cant expect me to wait for weeks till the item is returned. I am contacting Trading standards and doing a charge back. They said its not about the law, sorry its not about the law, never heard such a statement.

It’s been almost a month and my delivery lost by Royal Mail. Ok I can understand that it’s not the company’s fault. But during that period I sent many many emails to Brantano and they did not reply me even once !!!!!!

The shoes were sent quickly or it would be one star. But I had a problem, so emailed customer service a week ago. They haven't bothered to get back to me.

I did review the shoes from other customers before I bought them
I always bought shoes in your shops and wish you would bring them back as the quality is far better than other high street shops and much more choice

Ordered some crocs but they were faulty.. returned and ordered another pair only they were the same. I wonder if they sell seconds or something as I’ve had several pairs of crocs before and never had any issues when purchasing elsewhere.
Takes ages to get a refund as well (one pair has been confirmed a refund - still waiting for it to arrive).
Won’t purchase from them again.

I’ve used this company twice both times I had issues one time the first order turned up and the order was too small so I’ve tried to return it. They haven’t even bothered to return an email. They keep pretending I have an emailed them but they’re replying to my email. The second issue was they sent me a really nice pair of dune flip-flops and the little diamonds are all discoloured. They are faulty. I asked for a return information and they keep offering deals like there some sort of backstreet gangster instead of responding to me with actual information of how to return the item. I don’t wanna keep an item I won’t wear but here they are offering me deals 30% off if I keep it instead of just sending me the information to send them back. I’ve now replied to them five or six times and I haven’t even had a response other than they’re pretending like they have not got a response from me they are literally replying back to my messages as if I’m not even messaging them on email. Terrible company for returns I wouldn’t use them again because of it brilliant prices. But you gotta take the chance and if they actually fit or are going to be okay because sending them back is literally like running around the Earth 10,000 times.

Really disappointing experience. I ordered two pairs of crocs for my children. One of the pairs which arrived was an infant size 5, rather than a normal size 5 as I had anticipated. I double checked the website, and as I suspected the size 5 I ordered was not labelled as an 'infant' size. I would have absolutely no way of knowing that what I ordered wasn't actually an ordinary size 5. I am aware that Brantano doesn't offer free returns unless there is a fault. However, given the sizes were mis-labelled on the website I hoped that this would qualify for a free return. They didn't even bother to respond to my email.

Bought women’s size 8uk trainers, they are more like a size 10 and men’s wide, sent picture in to prove they weren’t a women’s size 8uk against a well known brand, for them to say I have to pay to return them and as tracked. Very poor customer service I won’t be purchasing from them again. Couldn’t even return them to a store or try them on in a store as they are all closed, lesson learnt, I won’t be purchasing from the again.

I had a really disappointing experience with this company.

I received a pair of shoes that were clearly faulty – both had visible scratches and stains, and the overall quality was poor and not as described. I contacted customer service straight away, provided photos, and requested a return and full refund.

It has now been nearly two weeks and I haven’t received any response at all. Completely unacceptable.

At this point, I am left with faulty goods and no support from the company. Very poor customer service and I wouldn’t recommend buying from them based on my experience.
