Excellent service, very good communication and a great quality product. We were all very pleased.

Our third order for Branded Cups and again they delivered superbly. We run a Charity Event in Cookham Dean, Berkshire and moved to Branded Cups three years ago. Ordering is simple, the product and printing are great and they delivered well in time for our event. We will be using them again for sure.

This is case where this review could have been so different had it not been for the amazing customer service from these guys.
I had ordered cups for a festival
and phoned to check if they had been dispatched. I had a phone call back from Peter to take total
responsibility for the slip up between ordering and production. Not once did he try to shift the blame but instead went all out to ensure the show went on.
Just over 48 hours from my phone call the cups were delivered to my door. How’s that for service?
They were just what we wanted with our own design and suited our needs perfectly.
Sadly Peter couldn’t fix the weather which in true festival style poured all day long!

The team at branded cups were excellent all the way through the process, including advice on tweaking our design to make sure the printing would be the best possible quality. The cups were delivered well before our agreed deadline, and the quality of the cups and screen printing is awesome. I'll definitely be back to use Branded Cups for our next beer festival.

Great communication, fast printing and delivery time and product is high quality. Putting our design into their format was easy, even for someone with little experience of computer aided design. Great price too for a small batch order!

I was very impressed with the service, I used the artwork service to help create our festival cups and they have turned out amazing!! We used the express turn around service because I had left it last minute, they turned up on the day they were meant too. Our local football club ordered water bottles from Branded cups. The bottles are great quality and very robust. The bottles are great value for money and will cut down on the use of plastic bottles. The children and adults all love them as they have our club crest and each persons name on the front. Once the bottles were ordered, they were delivered very quickly.
