Had fixed my MacBook Pro had problem with display and also not charging properly. Turned out it was an issue due to water spilled which happened long time ago and I thought nothing need to be fixed and got lucky 👏
But, unfortunately few weeks after all of sudden display started flickering and my MacBook shut down((
Gave to Brandlab and got it back fixed with new display and working device in less than 3 days. Very happy as apple told me only way to get new replaced and my data will be lost 😠

Excellent repair service. Sons iphone 13 just stopped working, would not charge or turn on. Contacted this firm who sent a prepaid envelope, sent phone off and received back within 1 week. Cost £219 plus postage. Communication excellent, full tracking of phone. Fully repaired. Thought I would have to purchase new phone due to this issue but so glad they repaired it. June 2024

Rubbish , didn’t work

I had a macbook air that was not turning on due to no power or logic board issue and the Issue was fixed within a few days.

I had received an update with the issue being fixed at a good price so I can't complain.

Really great service with Brand Lab and highly appreciated the service they provide.

I got quoted an absurd amount at another establishment. So will definitely being visiting Brand Lab again in the future.

Excellent service. Can't thank Brandlab enough. I needed the repair of Ipad air 4 due to water damage, which happened as a result of being caught in heavy rain and ipad was soaked in the bag it was in. This resulted in the screen being black/grey with an all over cloud-like appearance. It was only 6mth old and I didn't have much hope of it being repairable. However Brandlab proved me wrong. Their service was really efficient, excellent customer contact - kept informed of repair progress and repair cost was reasonable. The device looks brand new. No evidence of repair from the outside. Can't praise them enough and would highly recommend.

I sent off my Surface Pro 5 for a new battery. I sent it last Thursday, after receiving the box they sent me, and I got it back today.

Now it is back, it's a perfect fix. Bearing in mind some repairers cannot even guarantee not to crack the screen, no such worries with Brand Lab.

Their communications and speed were amazing, I will definitely use them again and can 100% recommend them.

Booked job with them and got my iPad back quite quickly and all repaired without issues. Very pleased with repairing job.
