I bought a whole bunch of cards in one go from Brainbox Candy - they have the best, and I mean 'the best' cards.

Fast delivery. Items ordered were exactly what they were supposed to be.

I ordered a David Shrigley calendar from Germany during the Christmas period, but due to the holiday shipping overload, it never arrived. When I reached out about the issue, the Brainboxcandy team handled it quickly (kudos to Emma!) and sent me a replacement at no extra cost. Excellent customer service, reliable and friendly! Plus, their products are super cute—highly recommended!

Card sent on 19th December, still hasn't arrived on 30th. Even allowing for Christmas post this is bad. Also they don't answer the phone or respond on their chat. An answerphone message at least would be courteous. However, in their defence, when I finally got through to them they did refund me the cost of the card very promptly.

Great communication and super fast delivery, great quality paper with a card thrown in with a note, also love it was packed in a hard backed envelope, my son in law loved the paper more than his present 😂
