Terrible service ! All the dates and times were inaccurate- requested the contents to be removed as late as possible- time-slot after 1 PM and they arrived at 12 PM ! Requested a certain date for contents to be brought back and denied it. The guys who assembled the contents back took my wrench from my toolbox without my consent and never brought it back ! Taken pff the TV stand from
The wall and refused to take it back and, the list can go on. If there is anything below one star I would have chosen it !!!

Staff are incredibly considerate and well mannered. They asked us if we minded them parking over our driveway whilst them moved out our beloved neighbours. They are not the first removal company to move out a neighbour either side of us HOWEVER they are the first to ask if we minded and they thanked us sincerely for not kicking up a fuss which I’m sure they have experienced before.In my old age I had forgotten I had an appointment at 11:40 and when I told the gentlemen they moved what looked like a heavy metal ramp apparatus and also the huge lorry for me to get to my appointment whilst having a smile on their faces. I don’t see myself and the wife moving again (fingers crossed) however! If we were to then Britannia would be the first company on our list. Thank you gentlemen for restoring abit of faith in humanity for this old codger.

The staff are rude

I contacted Britannia Bradshaw Manchester a few days ago for a quotation for my upcoming house move. I initially spoke to Lynne who came across as being polite, friendly, professional, and generally an all round nice person. Lynne arranged for Ernie to contact me the following morning at 8:30am so that I could do a walk-round video call to see what I was taking. Ernie contacted me at 8:30am on the dot. Ernie was just as professional as Lynne and came across as being an all round top fella. When the video call was drawing to a close, Ernie advised me that he would get straight on with the quote and that he would email it. Sure enough, within 15 minutes I received a full breakdown of what would be involved with the move and lots of options and packages were available for me to choose from.
During the last few days I have received quotes from around a dozen different companies. Britannia were by no means the cheapest but after my experience with them so far, they were the only ones who filled me with the confidence that everything would run smoothly from start to finish.
Today, I spoke to Sam, again another professional, friendly and all round nice person and I booked my removal with them. It seems to me that Britannia only employ the absolute best there is, so I don't have any worries about the upcoming actual moving day.
Although this review is already a bit long winded, I will give an update following my move, but I honestly believe that it will only be another extremely positive experience.

We were extremely pleased with the way Britannia Bradshaw worked with us from the start. The telephone contact was very helpful, the team arrived promptly and made what is a very stressful time much smoother. The team were polite, friendly and very helpful and handled and packed our belongings carefully. These are now in storage and we are confident that part 2 of our move to our new home will be equally straightforward.

I paid £490 to Bradshaw Leicester. I was not happy with their level of service. They arrived at the house that I was moving out off and placed their muddy shoes of the carpet and kitchen tiles. My wife and I spent 1 hour cleaning their mess. I make Luke that they I would need them to take their shoes off especially as I spent 8K on new flooring. The new buyers of my property would not have been happy.
When they arrived out at our new house, I was told my Luke that they would cover area and he refused to give me time to cover my flooring. Whilst they did place some flooring this was not well and they placed their dirty clothes on carpets. Plus, myself and my brother ended up helping them. Don’t bother using them.

Well what can i say!! our furniture took a journey longer than expected ,from the UK to South Africa.
But the team at Brittania Bradshaws of Leicester did a great job from organising the quote and times and the packing was quick and effiecient, the furniture arrived with no breakages or damage to speak of, only one box missing which had our printer in, which i am sure Mark will re-emburse for?
I can only say what a good job this company did for us. Really well done. we appreciate it.

My first major move and from start to finish it was
was brilliant. On the day of removal the men arrived on time. Worked very hard and efficiently, taking great care of my belongings and nothing was too much, nothing broken or,lost, nothing was too much trouble. I would not hesitate to use this Company again.

Now we've settled into our new home, we want to thank everyone at Britannia Bradshaw's Halesowen Depot for the excellent service, assistance and help moving our possessions after 36 years in one house. From Martin who came to quote for the service, to Luke who assisted with queries on the phone, to the lads who did the physical move on the day - Jamie H, Ben, Luke and Reece, who were also joined by Jamie B and Chris - everyone of them were hardworking, polite and wouldn't let us lift a finger. Everyone at Britannia Bradshaw certainly took the stress away from us on our move. Thank you all very much. Can highly recommend this Company.

The whole process was great from start to finish including an over the phone quote of our removals and the receipt of the quote.

Our move was conducted by Tommy Walker, Craig Marson and Jake Palmer (i wanted to get their names so i could mention them in my review)

We paid for the fragile packing service and it was a great choice! Craig came round the day before our move to do the fragile packing and he was really friendly, nothing was too much of an issue to him and he was a massive help with getting our things packed. They were packed with great care.

One the day of the move they were all prompt and ready to go! Extreme care was taken with our belongings and nothing was too much trouble for any of them! They really went above and beyond for us and it was such a hot day. I dont know how they do this day to day but hats off to them!

Thanks for giving us a great and stress free experience. We were very well looked after and will definitely use this company in future and would recommend them to anyone looking for a stress free move!

They packed, moved our house cotents into storage, and unpacked it in our new house several months later. Though they were not the cheapest option, everthing about their service has been absolutely exemplary and I have no hesitation in recommending.

Britannia once again did our house move which this time included a period in store. This week all 6 containers arrived with a team of three guys, Sonic,Alistair and Paul. The team spent the day delivering all of our house contents. What a team - all of the guys were so pleasant and helpful and made what can be a fairly torturous experience-‘house moving’ as pleasant as possible. Our corner sofa from Natuzzi unexpectedly arrived in Liverpool in 2 pieces instead of 3, so it wasn't possible to get the large piece through the house. Paul and Brian from Britannia Bradshaw were absolutely fantastic and didn't give up. In the end, and with huge effort and skill, and amazing good humour, they passed it over a six foot fence and into the house via the french windows.This was way beyond what could have been expected and we are really grateful to them both.

Thank you Dave,Paul,Nick,Brian and Ryan for helping us with our move from Cheshire. So pleasant and efficient, made the whole process much easier.

Very disappointing service provided for what was a considerable cost. Initial removal went ok but total lack of care for our belongings whilst in storage and subsequent delivery to our new address. Didn’t even have the decency to tell us about the damage to our property and left it to the poor guys delivering it (from another company due to a logistics issue!). Definitely would never use them again or recommend to anyone else.

Big thanks to the Britannia Bradshaw west Midlands team of James ,Les ,Rhys & Adrian who efficiently and carefully completed my house removal ,the guys went above and beyond to make sure items that required an extra level of protection were wrapped accordingly ,once complete they ensured the property was left clean and tidy and removed all there waste packing ,a highly productive ,caring happy team ,well done and enjoy that pint.

The team Brian and Alastair arrive promptly at 9am on 16/6/22.
They were polite and courteous and very efficient.
My belongings were going into storage and everything was well packed and treated respectfully.
They worked well together and were a great team.
I hope they are able to unpack my belongings when I eventually move into my new home.

Very bad company to use! Very aggressive staff on my removal day! Our furniture damaged and marked by rough removing company! The guys not even put the fittings back on back of/ inside the sofas? I spoken with manager mr Yates I believe requesting to sort the issues, mr Yates simply can’t do anything, avoid this rough traders by any cost . Stay away poor expensive company. Some items simply disappeared after move? Who toke these Mr Yates? I wonder who did!

Great service, easy to organise and the team packing up my house did a great job. Thank you all.

From start to finish this company was excellent. Quote was easy & accepted, move out into storage seamless. Move from storage to delivery 5 months later was just as seamless.No breakages, no dramas, just a quality removal team.
Felt sorry for Dan & Luke on the final delivery as finding the house was a bit of an issue down country lanes, but all was completed in no time at all
Thoroughly recommend, price, service, quality.
