Lovely Shopping Experience at BOYZSHOP
I shopped through the convenient categories quickly to buy my item. I love large dildos, so it went so well to find exactly what I needed. The price was perfect for my limited budget. I bought my dildo without any hassle or any wait time. Then, my 10" insertable dildo arrived in the time period I chose, which was just a few days after the order and the purchase. My new toy is now a lovely addition to my collection and I cannot wait until I use it later today.

I ordered 3 different products
I ordered 3 different products. None of them were usable !! They wanted me to send a video of the item not working I absolutely refuse to send videos of sex items and trying to describe how they don’t work! I called Customer Service they were extremely unhelpful!!! They said if I don’t send a video I have to pay for return shipping and wanted to give me a store credit. I wanted a full refund and will gladly ship back the items. I also am extremely disappointed and embarrassed to have to talk to a women about men’s sex toys!! They had no knowledge of the product as well!!! Want an awful embarrassing experience!!! I will definitely stick to buying from other companies! They also want 20% of the order total to throw their garbage products in THE GARBAGE!!!

Wonderful Customer Service
I had an item that didn't fit so i returned it. When I called to advise of the return the agent i spoke to was more than helpful to assist me and walk me through the process. I was given a full credit and the restocking fees were waived. Super cool!
I found some item about a month later and was afraid the credit would have not been honored as a month has gone by but when I contacted Jocelin, with my information, she was quick to respond and help me with my order. She was courteous and professional across the board.
I inquired about my payment to complete the order, Araceli was quick to respond and assist.
I am looking forward to my new items and can't thank the staff enough for all their assistance.

Horrible CS & Declining Negative Reviews
I placed 1 order with Boyzshop and had a horrible experience. I ordered an automated product that required batteries. It worked fine the first few weeks. Close to 30 days... it stopped working. Tried new batteries several times, and the issue appeared to be internally and a defect with the product. I reached out to Boyzshop's CS department, and they proceeded to tell me that I was past their 30 day replacement policy. They could extend it, but I'd have to cover shipping, packaging, PLUS a "disposal" fee of 20% my order. Basically... my product was $105... so to get a replacement for an item I received that was defective... I'd have to pay them an additional $21+sending back (box and shipping). Again... this was for replacing a defective product that barely lasted 30 days. The reason I went past that is due to waiting on their replies, they requested I send them a video of the defect... and in that time I went past my 30 days. The fact I had to cover the cost to replace a defective product + an additional fee... really showed how shady of a company they are.
In addition to that. You'll notice, via their website... they have tons of perfect reviews (4+ stars). If you look closely... they have NO 1, 2, or 3 star reviews. When you submit a review... you get a message stating it has to go through their team for approval. It appears this company is hand picking the reviews they display on their site, because my 1-star review never got posted. Be careful with this website and shop around. There are more professional, dependable, and reliable websites out there.
Based on the bad reviews you'll find via third party websites... that's proof enough, to me, that they are choosing to not display those on their site. They can't be "perfect" internally... but have negative reviews elsewhere. Do the math and avoid this website.
*8/31/22 UPDATE* Boyzshop did reply to my post and claims there is no 20% fee if the product can be proven to have a defect. Keep in mind I was in communication with several of their CS agents, sent a VIDEO of the defect, and they still told me I'd be charged a 20% fee. I even confirmed this over email and they said because I was past my 30 days... I'd have to pay the fee plus ship it back... regardless of the defect. ALSO keep in mind my 1 Star Review I posted on their site... as of 8/31/22 (over 1 week later) was never posted, either.
I will not be reaching out to Boyzshop again, nor will I shop with them. I already ordered a brand new product from another site. If companies want to keep customers... they need to resolve issues initially... not wait until customer's post negative reviews and then show they care. Train your CS agents better.

I received the incorrect item
I received the incorrect item. I emailed them and got a reply very quickly. They had to look into it but after a few days they replied that credit had been applied. To use the credit I needed to place the order via email and then they would call to make payment. They did call several time but since i didn't know it was them I never answered (to many Spam calls). I finally called and talked to Wyatt who processed my order easily and quickly. He was very friendly and knew what he was doing.

Malformed Product, Dissatisfied Customer
I received my order and when I opened it I found it to be squished and malformed. Was extremely dissatisfied upon seeing this. I had expected this order to come in a small box as to not be damaged but instead it came in a paper package and my order was in a ziploc bag inside. The appearance of this packaging seemed a tad unprofessional. Called customer support for a replacement and am hoping the same doesn’t happen the second time.

I was required to re submit my order and pay shipping charges. I then spoke to a representative via phone and my order was being shipped out this day and no charges. That was the right thing to do.
