Ordered I Brazen gaming chair which actually wasn’t in stock but paid for it and was notified as soon as it came back in stock and received the chair quickly from that point . Really good and service you can trust .

Excellent service! Ordered a gaming chair for my son for Christmas... there were many to choose from and I selected one that was on an offer and was a great price. The chair arrived within a week despite all the delays with covid etc and looks great quality. This company delivered as promised and as such I would recommend to others.

Absolutely first rate service from BoysStuff, I bought a pair of gaming chairs, which were at a great price and even before i placed the order, I knew it was a preorder and was given a release date for the chairs.
I was emailed to let me.know of their dispatch (earlier than expected) and they arrived perfectly.

Such a good price for the item I purchased! I pre ordered the item. After a couple of weeks I contacted to ask if my item was due in anytime soon and the customer service team were so helpful, and it arrived a few days later as they said it would! No problems, no drama, great price! Thank you!

I got my son a gaming chair from this company, great price, however less then 3weeks later the cable and audio had completely broken.
To my delight, I could order replacement parts from their website(not that I should be needing to buy replacement parts for a chair I just brought) but I thought it would be easier to get replacement parts then complain about the gaming chair.

3 months I've been waiting for my order! They then resent my order with hermes and I only got half of my order. I emailed them to let them know I haven't got my full order still and they told me it had been delivered and that it's hermes fault!

They have took my money and not giving me the goods. Worst customer service I've EVER resived . Just aviod! it's not worth the risk, hassle and stress it has causes me!

Ordered a gaming chair for my son as his main Xmas present.

Clear ordering system with plenty of choice and in fact plenty of deals and discounts.

Arrived speedily and am looking forward to seeing his face when he opens it

Like many others in these reviews, I ordered a gaming chair and paid the full price. Waited the 5-7 days for delivery and didn't receive it.

When I contacted the company they stated that I had only "pre ordered" the chair. I looked on the website and they had put a small pre order logo on the photos of the chair. (I've looked recently and it now says out of stock and available for pre order, under the photos and in red)
Fortunately I had taken a screenshot when purchasing and it is clear to me that the logo was added AFTER I had made my purchase.

I contacted them again and asked when I should except to receive my item. The reposnse was Mid November - I ordered at the start of October.
Mid November arrives and there is no sign of my purchase.

They were unresponsive to emails but did reply on Facebook. Eventually I requested a refund and very quickly afterwards I received an email to say my item had been shipped with fast track delivery! Arrived at the start of December.
Its unfortunate because the chair itself is really high quality!!

Now I have just received another email from them offering me a refund on the delivery cost... but only on the condition that I leave them a 5 star review!!
No thank you...

Made the order and received the chair very quickly a few days later.

Instructions were clear and easy to following.
I was sitting and gaming in no time!

Ordered a rocking gaming chair for my sons birthday from boys stuff, the chair is fantastic, comfortable, sturdy and easy to connect to the ps4. Delivery was quicker than expected and chair well protected. Would recommend this company 100%.
