I was very happy with my recent transaction with Bow Wow Meow. After a significant surgery, my claim was processed more quickly than I expected and really removed the pressure of the financial burden.

Hannah was having some gastro issues and I was very worried since she’s just a puppy.
Although the whole thing was very stressful I am so thankful I didn’t have to worry about money nor skip recommended procedures by the vet because of this.
Bow Wow Meow was incredible in answering quickly the questions I had through the phone and it was time to pay, claim was approved in a matter of minutes using Gap Only.
I’m so happy I made the decision of insuring my pup and even more that chose Bow wow meow. I honestly can’t say anything bad about their policy nor their customer service so far.

Really not worth the cost
Really not worth the cost. Better to put your money in a seperate account and save it for any pet expenses, especially if you have a puppy. They dont pay out 100% of your claim. Correspondence is very lax.

Getting the Bow Wow insurance for my dog is one of the best decision I made.
Getting the Bow Wow insurance for my golden retriever is one of the best decision I made. It’s really worth the money. I was able to claim most of his medical expenses when he started getting sick. It’s very easy to claim it, it’s very user friendly. The customer support is also very friendly.

We have had our dogs insured with Bow…
We have had our dogs insured with Bow Wow for over 2 years now. One of our most recent claims took them 4 weeks to process (coincidently the most expensive one we have ever claimed for). When I phoned to check how the claim was going it was discovered that they hadn't checked the documents that the vet had sent hence the delay. We pay a lot of money to insure our dogs and this was disappointing...we eventually got our rebate back.

I am happy with the whole process especially when advised that when an audit was done on our claim you were honest to let us know we were underpaid in our claim and a refund given.

Bow Wow is brilliant for the unexpected accident && illness
The premium went up when my KelpieX turned 9. Was just about to cancel & my boy needed major surgery at SASH to save his life. Bow Wow have been fantastic & helped save my boy`s life. The Gap only payment system is brilliant , cannot speak highly enough of their service. Hunter now needs a 3 mthly check & its peace of mind knowing Bow Wow is always there ! Hunter is now a very healthy 12 year old. Thank you Bow Wow.
