Don't even let them in the room! The quality of the photos is poor! The amount of money they want for the photos is appalling!!!! A digital package of 10 photos is over £100!!! (They add a B&W filter so there is a total of 20 but anyone can add a filter). They aren't professional photographers and I hated having some stranger contort my baby within a few hours of them being born.

When you see pictures of your new born baby with bounty portrait across their face its heart breaking and cruel.

They shouldn't be aloud in the hospital! They hold your precious memories hostage!

I would not recommend bounty portrait because they charge way to much for the quality provided. The photos do not look professional at all, they do not even retouch them, an amateur could probably take better photos. They charged me £170 plus delivery for 10 digital photos and some prints. I had to book for one hour professional photoshoot for £150 where I get all the photos and I am satisfied.
The photographer also deceived us saying that we will get all the photos taken during the session but what a lie.
I contacted customer services and only 4 other photos were recovered, the rest deleted just after a few weeks from the session. What a shame! I am so dissaponted because I could not capture how beautiful my baby was as a newborn instead I have some ugly photos...

Disgusted to find that they delete your newborn babies photos 4 years after there born!!! Wasn’t even informed this would happen so now I’m heartbroken :( was hoping it would of been available for life but no. Please make people more aware of the 4 year mark or scrap it all together to avoid further heartbreaks. Or slash your prices on your photo and gifts so people are able to afford them.

Bounty do not even deserve 1 star. I paid an extortionate amount for three prints for them to arrive blurred. These pictures were of my first child, in hospital, and some of the images taken weren't something we could of posed for as a family and taken ourselves, it was a special moment and unfortunately it was not captured. The "photographer" was obviously not a professional because they didnt even know how to focus the camera. When contacting them we were told images go through quality checks (clearly they don't) I told them I was returning them for a full refund at which point they asked if they could send more, I agreed. The next day I received an email saying that they couldn't send them because they were poor quality. Lastly I am still awaiting my refund due to them wanting to receive their poor images to dispose of them themselves before refunding me.

extortionate prices for images that are taken by staff that are not even qualified photographers. Could take better images myself. I am amazed this company has not went under yet. You would be a fool if you actually paid these prices.

So unprofessional. Photos extremely bad quality.
Paid a huge amount of money for some pictures you can do with your phone and much better.
Shame.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. These people should not be allowed in hospital at such a vulnerable time. I was pressured into buying a nearly £200 package which I told the sales rep I couldn't afford. She began asking if I didn't like how my baby looked in the pictures. Then she said she can take my card details and can take the money out for the photos at a later date. After half an hour of this I was left in floods of tears as she had made out that I don't care about my baby because I wouldn't buy some photos. 4 hours after an emergency c section and a 14 hour labour I didn't really need the stress. I'd only just been able to hold my baby for about 10 mins before she came in asking for photos

Had interview was lead to believe it was minimum wage per hour..when it was per DAY

Still waiting for my money back after nearly three weeks, was not happy with the pictures and not in the right place to decide on pictures and deal with customer services. They are not particularly professional company.

Best advice is DON'T pay in hospital, decide at home when you have time to assess, they will offer you some incentive to pay in hospital... wish I had not. Now it's a pain to get the money back.

My Daughter had photos done at Pembury Hospital a week ago.

Only 1 photo was in focus, you could use an iPhone and get better shots of your baby, then treat youself to a takeaway when you get home with the money you save !

I made a phone complaint to Bounty Customer Service and they offered me a free 8 x 10 print! Why would we want an out of focus, low grade photo hanging on the wall?!

This company is taking advantage of people at an emotionally heightend time in their life and they are being ripped off! I dont know why hospitals allow it when 75% of users have found them ''Bad''.

If you would like professional photos book your own photographer, because you are not getting a special deals using Bounty.

The woman who does the photos at pinderfields is very rude and inconsiderate, she walked straight in to my cubicle as I was having my scar checked and catheter removed, I was absolutely mortified.

Shame you have to select 1star to write a review as I wouldn’t rate this company at all. I had some pictures taken in hospital of my Son which looked great on the computer. When I finally received the link to download the photos I had them printed and they come back really blurry. I have emailed Bounty and currently fighting for my money back. I am not impressed at all and they most certainly should not be in business. Absolutely disgusting, shame the hospitals allow them to continue working with them.
Having photos done of your newborn are extremely precious and Bounty are purely robbing people of their money and will continue to disappoint so my advice is spend your money with a professional photographer and don’t waste a penny with this company.

After reading the news yesterday about your fine I am pleased to say I am delighted.

You should be fined more though, not only for not being clear with how you use all the information but for using deceitful tactics too!😡

When I was in the hospital with my 12 week premature fragile newborn, a female Bounty representative come into my room and started asking me personal questions about me and the baby.

When I asked what it was about she said so you can claim free baby things.

I replied I didn't feel comfortable giving so much information for the sake of few free things.

Then she started telling me that I had to do it because I wouldn't be able to claim any child benefits. As a person I am really shy and don't like being rude. But she was so annoyingly persistent and she made me so angry and said that's fine, I dont need to claim any. She got annoyed and left!

I wasn't in a good place because I was so sad and stressed that my baby was in NICU and having someone threatening me to get so much personal info was absolutely horrible!

If I ever have another baby and anyone of you comes near me in the hospital I will call the security!

You are taking advantage of mothers! You should be ashamed!

Horrible photography.
With my first baby it was excellent so this time I was excited for the photo shoot.
I ordered a frame in which the head is cut off in the photos. An and A4 album in which the paper size is A4 but photographs are small. And the arrangements of the photographs is not according to the mark. Plus if you see the photographs it does not look like professional at all.
Not at all satisfied after paying so much on just a frame and A4 size Album

Me and my amazing wife had a beautiful baby boy on Friday, early morning at the Basildon university hospital and wasn’t discharged till 4pm the same day.

We were looking forward to having his first proper photos taken by bounty portraits. However after being at the hospital all day we didn’t see or heard of any photographer walking around!!!

The company promotes the potrait service everywhere and get bombarded with emails saying ‘make sure the look out for our photographers’ my question, what photographers??

We thought as we have heard good reviews from family and friends.
We would call your customer service and ask for a rebook to go back and have them done. Well that’s not happening as ‘the hospital doesn’t like people to come back and have photos done’ glad bounty keep there information on their site upto date!!!

So now have to try and find a company that won’t charge the earth in such a short space of time!!!

Was looking forward to my newborns hospital pictures however having been in the hospital 3 days the photographer didn't even bother to come onto the bay I was in!!
I contacted bounty to see if I could take my newborn back in which they advised was ok and the photographer would give me a call.
Still waiting for the call almost two weeks later!!
With newborns changing daily, I am gutted to have missed such special photos thanks to an incompetant photographer!!

Apparently professional photos. You could do better with a disposable camera or your phone. Would not recommend. pictures arrived today and are all very blurry, my baby isn't even in focus but the design on my t-shirt is. Definitely not worth the money but bought them because I didn't know if there would be another chance at a newborn shoot. My advice hire a photographer for half the price and have them visit your home within the week.

Some photos were OK but the ones I really wanted weren't good.

Terrible customer service, bounty pack are none existent. All in all I wouldn’t bother wasting your time!

Bad experience yet again, never been given the pack with 2 other children and this time had a rude lady in hospital who meant to give you bounty pack who said I have to have photos taken to get it just to find afterward the pack are free for all mums, I have emailed them about it and til this day no response has been received, I inderstand there is nothing much in that pack but its the principal that counts to my bad expwrience with them, rubbish
