Ordered a memorial glass plaque for a friend who had lost her dog. Absolutely amazing, so detailed, photo was very clear & sharp. Was so pleased at how it came out & my friend cried, she absolutely loved it. Definitely recommend, fantastic value for money. It was just perfect.

Ordered an inscribed compass for our Grandsons christening. As it hadn't arrived as per delivery date l contacted the company, after a very quick check they replied stating Royal Mail had lost said item. They apologised and sent immediate replacement by express delivery. This was received next day. Brilliant after sale customer care and a pleasure to do business with. Oh yes almost forgot, the compass with special inscription looks stunning!!!

Cat had passed and bought a beautiful custom picture, very good value for money and service, the piece was beautiful and great quality.

We ordered 10 silver baby rattles that had personalised engravings on them and they came out beautiful. They were presented in little gift boxes just adding that little extra special touch!

Ordered an item nearly a month ago, the item has still not arrived I emailed them multiple times after been ignored they told me my item has been lost they would send me another, over a week later, my new one hasn’t arrived yet nor have I had any update on when it will be, I have emailed them multiple times to chase my order. I have been ignored, I have emailed them 3 times for a refund & what a Surprise I have been ignored I didn’t want to leave this review , however I am left with no choice after been ignored multiple times, and still been left with no order or refund. The gift was a meaningful gift for an animal loss that I have had to buy else where now.

Ordered a personalised engraved pocket watch for my sons communion . As per usual I had it in my basket and left it late to order however Jim was fantastic and ensured I had this gift in a quick turn around and Im so grateful. My son loved his watch . I have also ordered a communion personalised bracelet for my niece, again it’s beautiful and been delivered in a lovely package on time. Again excellent customer service from Jim . I received my order today i had a problem at first as I didn't receive a dispatch email so I didn't know what was going on with the order but I emailed customer service and they got back to me straight away im really happy with the order and the service I received I will definitely be using born gifted again

Please avoid. I purchased a memorial book for my mums funeral and paid for next day delivery. They attempted delivery days later, on the day I was laying my mum to rest. Royal Mail returned item and I request a refund. They profoundly refused to refund and also deposed of the book. They are a greedy, in-compassionate company with rude customer service. I will be claiming my refund through my bank.

Just reading your reply confirms to all what a rogue person/company you are. For the record, my refund has been authorised as I did not receive the item. To everyone out there, please avoid this company.
