He was professional, extremely knowledgeable and an outstanding communicator. He put me at my ease, explained things very carefully and was ready to answer any questions. Getting old is bad enough; getting old with hearing loss is worse! Yes they are expensive and take getting used to, but if you are around this area of Dorset - Sam is the man! Thank you.

Had second appointment with Sam on…
Had second appointment with Sam on Saturday - the first having been cut short due to too much wax! Once that was sorted, I went back to see him again and I have to say he was very considerate and certainly made me feel at ease. Would definitely recommend him to anyone.
