After initial hearing test I saw Shari who went through the various different hearing tests. My hearing is moderate. She gave me some hearing aids to try and I had about 10 minutes walking inside and outside the store. I am hoping they will improve my hearing as I haven’t got them yet. They are certainly not cheap…

Priya, the audiologist at Staines was most excellent in dealing with the audio test and also at explaining all the factors affecting hearing and wether hearing aids were suitable, which they were in my case.

I have had problems with my hearing for a while and decided to go and get a hearing test at Boots ,the staff were very nice and friendly,I had a hearing test which the results were very bad I work in a very noisy place which hasn’t done my hearing any good although ear protection has been worn,The staff recommended digital hearing aids I wasn’t sure until I tried them out fantastic it made such a difference to my hearing so I have purchased a pair very expensive but worth it.I can’t thank the staff at boots enough for their excellent service.

We took Mum,who is 96, to see if any improvement could be made to her hearing. She has worn NHS hearing aids for many years but has recently been struggling to hear with them. The audiologist Priya was outstanding and Mum is so pleased with her new hearing aids. Priya was patient, sympathetic and very knowledgeable and gave good advice on all the available options.
