Top class service.
Entirely down to your Audiologist, Caragh Davies. Every procedure, from start to finish, explained in easy to understand detail. What also impressed me was that no pressure was applied to buy any particular type of aid based on price. Suggestions were made as to why a particular aid might suit my hearing loss best. There were a number of recalls to tweak, as it were, the system. All in all, a pleasurable experience.

Called back as I couldn’t find the 75 min. Appointment and same lady said let me go it got you, which she couldn’t have done first time I called. After that service was excellent
