Nothing but professional!
My appointment was made due to wearing NHS hearing aid for more than 7 years. The audiologist at Boots Mansfield, Michael conducted a very detailed ear and hearing exam and explained everything. I’m now the proud owner of all singing and dancing hearing aid and wow what a difference it’s made to me , my confidence and my life in general. I’m 48 and work in pharmacy and the struggle I’ve had, not knowingly with my hearing had made a massive impact on me as a person. The right hearings aids for me.
I was initially reluctant to plump for the wearing of hearing aids, but following the detailed and thorough hearing tests, I was guided by Michael at the Mansfield
branch, with no pressures to the right hearing devices for my needs. I feel the experience, carried out in clean, well equipped testing facilities, by an extremely professional, while personable audiologist (I really hope that is the correct title, Michael) was a definitely positive experience. The hearing aids recommended for me have been a real game changer for me at home, at work and socially.
