I managed to get an appointment straight away
with clear instructions of what was being done in each ear which was very informative.I had another appointment the following week as I couldn’t do the full test. A full test was carried out and after my decision regarding which aids I wanted had the moulds done for my hearing aids. On both visits I had excellent service from the staff members.

Very helpful staff who was willing to go the extra mile in a very helpful manner

Today I went into to your branch in Wolverhampton to have my wax filters changed in my Phonak Audeo 190-R hearing aids which I have had done many times without a charge. Today I was told that I have to buy filters from Boots to have them renewed in store. I find after spending £3K+ on my hearing aids it is strange that you stop giving a free service that was very helpfull to a 84yr old person.

He had a very relaxed attitude and he was very professional and as I am now 85 years young, he was patient , explained everything until he was happy I understood everything and above all was kind and caring which means so much when you are older

I was nervous about attending my appointment, but was immediately put at ease by Lizzie, the audiologist. She explained everything about the tests, and talked me through things as they were happening.
I felt comfortable throughout the whole process and came away feeling pleased that I have taken the first steps toward hearing clearly again.

Excellent advice and support. The audiologist answered my questions and used her knowledge and skills to guide me through the process of choosing the most appropriate hearing aids for my needs. She explained things clearly and taught me, step by step, how to use my new aids. A perfect experience!

Excellent service from Natalie, however, let down by the people making the personal hearing aids and still not had them !!!

Visited Boots Llandudno this am to be tested by John. He carried out the test in a calming and professional manner.I was somewhat apprehensive but his clear explanation of what the test would do and how this would be achieved was excellent. Full marks for good communication skills and a professional approach.

ON MY FIRST CHECK-UP VISIT, SHE ONCE AGAIN DEVOTED HER EXPERIENCE TO A FEW LITTLE ISSUES THAT I PUT IN FRONT OF HER.

My experience having a full boots hearing check was so much better than the NHS one I had a few years ago. A student did the test, under supervision. He was so professional and respected my needs as a hard of hearing person. Everything was explained in full in a way I understood and all the options for hearing aids were discussed fully. I would highly recommend going gor a boots hearing assessment. It's free! Great service if you don't want to wait years for an NHS appointment.
