Livingston store - Fab service from a fab audiologist
This was my 87 year old mam's follow up visit after being fitted for hearing aids. So having met Jack 3 times now, first initial consultation, fitting of said hearing aid and first follow up today, I can honestly say Jack is a delight! He is attentive, humorous, kind, professional, clear, understanding and thorough. His manner is perfect. My mam thinks he's fabulous and so lovely and I have to say I can't disagree with her. In fact she's already said to him she hopes he doesn't leave! Thanks Jack, you've certainly left an impression.
