Mostly a good experience
I am new to Boots Hearingcare as I previously had NHS hearing aids but decided to investigate another form of hearing aids. My only complaint is that it's not easy to get an appointment and the phone lines are always busy.

Jacob is absolutely excellent. He is incredibly knowledgeable and exceptionally good at his job. He is very patient, understanding and listens most carefully to any questions you may have.
