Nothing has been too much, even after we returned with a snapped off arm less than 24hrs after collecting her glasses - which was repaired there and then! Fantastic. Thank you.

He could have been talking sh__e for all I know…..but when he put the aids he’d programmed into my ears I then realised the difference.
I hope they work as good in the real world when I get them!
